Good hotel for its price. Breakfast included- mainly asian foods but a small amount of western food available. Pool was good. Rooms reasonable - a little dated but comfortable. Easy access to the city. Staff very helpful.

Cosy place to stay and a walking distance to shopping malls. Feels hungry at late night would not be a problem. Just Walk out from the hotel, then there are stalls for roti canai and other foods. Experience it, you will love it.

Stayed only 1 night at Quality Hotel City Center Kuala Lumpur with office colleagues. The hotel has a small lobby but really need refurbishment or it will be a antique hotel. The basement parking is too narrow for my type of driving coz I drive a 4 X 4. Almost everything is old. I stayed on the 14th floor and as I landed on the 14th floor corridor, there is a spongy smell. It's not a nice smell at all. The room was adequate for me and it do not have that spongy smell. Furniture's and fixtures in... Read more

This doesn't fit for the standard of 4 stars. Hardly can consider as a single star hotel. Staffs are not friendly, poor maintenance, its stings every where! Requested for some room problem and called the duty manager and he didn't even bothered to attend the call!

The rooms were very spacious and fairly cheap considering. The staff very friendly and efficient. The FNB manager very competent - helped us upgrade our rooms very quickly. The parking was fairly challenging - but public transport is very accessible. Good location. Food in the restaurant simple and good. Cheaper than most hotels.

Stayed there for two nights, staff were excellent and very courteous. Near Sogo shopping mall. KL hop on hop off bus stop at the hotel entrance. Run down in terms of rooms and decor. But you get what you pay for. I can't complain on price as they offered the best deal for two nights at KL in similar hotel group. Two restaurants inside hotel were good enough for me. If you prefer to have a big breakfast with your hotel deal, then probably this is not your place. I will return to this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights when we first arrived in Malaysia, arriving at midnight on our first night. We were greeted by very attentive and lovely staff which made a great first impression. The location was great - walking distance to Chinatown and Central Markets, and plenty of great food options around. The Hop On Hop Off Bus stop was also just outside the door. The hotel is clearly quite old now and is looking a bit tired and dated. That being said, it is well cared for and very clean. The... Read more

If you want a clean room and a bed and a shower for as cheap as possible this is the place. Location good and easy for taxi , hop on hop off bus stop right outside and mrt just down the road. The breakfast was terrible and if I didn't have a child with me I would not have bothered most of the items empty well before breakfast finished not replenishing etc however I would still recommend this hotel as cheap and I'm sure there are back packers hostels which cost more than I paid.

I booked a room at the hotel during the recent Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon (SCKLM) to enable me to have a proper rest the night before my event that starts at 5.30am at Dataran Merdeka the following morning. As a runner, you want to get your carbo-loading done early and have a good rest prior to your run. Past experience have thought me that roads into KL will normally be closed to traffic on th day of the run. So if you're staying outside of downtown KL, you would be lucky if you c... Read more
