We stayed in a family deluxe room for 3 nights. Room was furnished with old furniture but OK. The bathroom was really really dirty. After using two bottles of bleach and a bottle of Dettol it looked decent again. Location is good. The breakfast was OK too. The personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Staff very pleasant but from there? Forget it. Rooms old and tired and cleanliness is definitely not on high priority list. Blanket on bed was very clearly stained and worn. Towels were threadbare. Never again that's for sure. Wonder if the owners ever check?

Pros Room is spacious, breakfast is good, tasty with plenty of choices and location is good for those who likes to shop at Sogo or Jln Tunku Abdul Rahman Cons Rooms and furniture are old and outdated and a bit too dim for my liking.

We chose the Hotel due to its exceptionally high big points gain although booking on a two double bed bedroom. But, it is definitely more than what we bargained for, it definitely is better than what we expect. The room was very large, clean, and the view was good. The breakfast was great with an array of delectable foods. Everything is in walking distance, from Sogo Mall, to Pertama Complex, to Jalan Tar, to Masjid Jamek, and to the nearest train station, Bandaraya. Definitely a quality stay. 1... Read more

Tried to arrange an airport transfer, hotel would not respond to emails. Rang hotel and arranged for an ariport transfer for 4 people. Arrived KL airport... no airport transfer so had to make our own way to the hotel, not very easy with 2 young children in tow. Hotel was prepaid, arrived at the hotel and payment was demaded again, showed recepts of payment already made... receipt not accepted by hotel manager and had to pay again. On departure they wanted me to pay for a third time, what a joke!... Read more

We stayed for 6 nights. When we came back from outside, my mum is too weak to climb the stairs and the officer saw he ask whether we need help from above and pull a wheelchair over and push all the way to the room. Very thankful.

Quality Hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the business and shopping areas of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is only a stroll to several shopping complexes and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and gymnasium available. Had a comfortable stay in this hotel with my family. Awesome breakfast with a variety of choices.

Stayed at this hotel from 29 -31 July with family , room is really run down, beds was squeaking all night even with the slightest movement. Not worth money spent and everything was terrible. This hotel DEFINITELY needs a complete makeover, we had no choice but to stay at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel especially those with family. My sister paid RM 163 for an hour and 30 min massage , told the masseur to massage her leg but was told she was not a... Read more

I had my 2 nights stays in this hotel by myself. The hotel is old, no refurbishment, the bathroom is mouldy. The staffs were friendly especially the front-liners. However, the management is the worst as they did not take care of the hotel very well. I heard the staff there gossiping about the management. They only take care of their priority and not the staffs. They are busy to persuade the upper level and not the hotel. That is why the hotel is at the worst.

I booked a room at the hotel during the recent Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon (SCKLM) to enable me to have a proper rest the night before my event that starts at 5.30am at Dataran Merdeka the following morning. As a runner, you want to get your carbo-loading done early and have a good rest prior to your run. Past experience have thought me that roads into KL will normally be closed to traffic on th day of the run. So if you're staying outside of downtown KL, you would be lucky if you c... Read more

If you want a clean room and a bed and a shower for as cheap as possible this is the place. Location good and easy for taxi , hop on hop off bus stop right outside and mrt just down the road. The breakfast was terrible and if I didn't have a child with me I would not have bothered most of the items empty well before breakfast finished not replenishing etc however I would still recommend this hotel as cheap and I'm sure there are back packers hostels which cost more than I paid.
