We stayed here for a couple of nights, and were pretty happy with the quality of the accommodation - we are backpackers so we ususally stay in some very questionable roach motels! This place is decent - spacious rooms, comfy (huge) bed, tv with cable and good views from the top floors. Wifi worked well too. If you're looking for a show-stopping hotel this isn't the place for you (threadbare sheets and towels etc). But nonetheless the staff were friendly and amiable and we enjoyed our stay. Loca... This hotel is at a good location. The nightlife near the hotel was very enjoybale. The bar too was nice. I enjoyed the performance of the bands there. I especially enjoyed the massage chairs. Wifi was not working on our floor so we had to go to the lobby of the hotel to use it. The staff was friendly. I lost my keycard twice and they helped me both the times. Overall, staying at this hotel was comfortable and without hassles.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The hotel is okay. It's a 3* hotel so it is in a good standard for a 3* hotel.Unfortunately the hotel looks a bit gloomy. The lobby is really small and not spacious at all.Only 10 people can stay at the lobby at one time. The rooms were okay. They were spacious enough and were good. The bed was comfortable but they have that old-type tvs in rooms and the picture quality lets u feel like you are in the 90s!Lol!! After imparting a significant fee I upgraded to a Premium suite. I wasn't too fond of the dirty no wi-fi access suite on a smoking floor. "Do you mind being in a smoker's room?" "Yes." Oh the things that hotels omit when advertising online. The Premium suite is acceptable but nothing too flash. The fridge is mouldy but unlike the other room, the linen and bathtub are not stained. Check in took a long time but the same laxness and queue jumping will not be applied to check out. Every hour i... Read more

It is a large property at good location of Bukit Bintang. Amenities are very old and noisy. Some floors are smell stinky and without floor carpets. Also not all rooms has window! Breakfast are very very poor. Despite that, it is always rush at weekend due to its premium bukit bintang location. You will find lots (approx 90% of guest) of Indians that you sometime might feel you are in India. Apart from rush hour, staffs are hospitable and accommodating both at front-desk and concierge-desk. I've been here 3 years ago. It was named hotel Redeius International that time. I liked it that time. This time, it's bad. I can here loud music from the roadside nightclubs, almost the whole night, even on 12th floor. They r not cleaning the rooms regularly on time. Some times they clean at 10am and some times they clean at 2pm. While checking in, I didn't have enough ringgits with me and it was 6 in the morning, all the exchanges were closed. So, i ask them to take the room rent later. But t... Read more

Hotel is centrally located with lots of pubs, bars and various nightlife activities around. We stayed at premier room at 18th floor. Room were clean and spacious but all the things were bit old and need a serious renovation. Staff were not so attentive. Breakfast was the worst I had ever had. Hotel could be the gem for its location if the level of service is upgraded.

I stayed here for just one night, probably enough to be honest. If you are planning a long stay I would suggest staying elsewhere. I wasn't expecting Hotel Soleil to be brilliant, but it was reasonably priced. I got one of their premium rooms with a great city view, but the room (a non smoking one) was old and smelly. The corridors also smelled very musty once you left the elevator. The bed had tatty linens and the bathroom had a dirty shower curtain, grubby old and worn toilet seat toiilet. The... Read more

Once known as the Radius, it has seen better days. Having visited in previous years, one is better off using the abundance of quality local restaurants for meals. At best the Soleil Restaurant is a reasonable convience option with pleasant helpful staff. No Michelin Stars here! We booked with WIFI and an additional bed, but this was not what I got. Being on the 11th floor we also believed we would get a working safe. No. You get tea, coffee, sugar, milk but no Kettle - we were told "you have to... Read more

The soleil is just an iteration of what was the radius international. The rebranding occurred when the managment changed. Is an old hotel, old school with all the good & the bads of it. With a proper renovation this could become a real gem mixing old hotelier traditions with a spark of modernity, but it didn't happen. They changed the name everywhere but everything i warn off. The carpets, the curtains, the lamps.. Is not that old chic, is the old dusty derelict that make you feel antique as you... Read more

How perfect could it get. However we reached the hotel late night, past midnight actually for check in. We were booked into this hotel by our tour. When we arrived and saw our rooms our children refused to use the showers because they were so dirty stained. The management when we tried to show them our room seemed totally uninterested.
