Stayed there for about 6 days for work. The hotel was OK. Furnishing is dated but functional. Room was spacious, my room for two could fit four easily. I had three meals a day all prepared by the hotel. It was good but after a while you will get bored of the menu. LRT station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel so you are connected to the whole city. Nothing fancy nearby except for a hindustani disco just behind the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel plenty of times. So far, the price is affordable. Good enough for me. On positive side, I enjoy the strong Wi-Fi connection even in the room itself. Some other places you can only get connected in the lobby. The rooms are comfy and spacious especially the family room. Eventhough it is meant to accomodate 4 guests but in reality you can actually fit 10 people in it. What makes it so convenient is that there's an iron and an ironing board at every floor. Lastly, the rate... Read more

Not a good place to stay for family. Bed sheet were dirty very old. Bathroom has no tap only shower. Room is crampy TV was kept into dressing table Power socket were broken. It was kind of messy room. We arrived early at 10:30 and for early checkin they charged 70 ringett. Breakfast has limited choice. No cereal for the 2 days i stayed.

We arrived at the hotel by 10.30 directly from airport and were pretty tired from catching an early flight. The receptionist informed us that if we were to get an early check-in we have to pay 70 ringitts more or else wait till 2 o'clock. This was not informed to us earlier. We chose to wait and asked if we could have access to the WIFI and the receptionist flatly refused saying it is only available in room and at the cafe. The cafe was adjacent to the lobby and she could have easily told us... Read more

When i visited Malaysia I stayed in this hotel and the room was normal but clean. The best thing I got from the hotel is that friendly staff, specially the front desk officer (Mr. Ghani) who helped us a lot during our stay.

Cockroaches, hair, dirty walls and unfriendly staff. It's suitable for backpackers and travellers on low budget. Good thing about it is that it's close to attractions (petronas towers and badu temoles)

Location & rooms were good. But the staff & the service is not acceptable.at the Reception Ms. Haryana was helpful but the others were very rude & negligent. Service was awful. There is nothing GRAND about it only thing was the rooms were nice and spacious.

We stayed for three days in this hotel. There are some problems with the rooms. But you get what you paid for. Since this is a low budget hotel can't complain much. If you are on a budget I would highly recommend this hotel, else better to find another. Receptionists aren't helpful at all but we met some good people people who are working there who were very nice and helpful to us, especially room service people.
