The Goods: First of all, I booked this hotel because of the location. It is near to PWTC, just across the street to the entrance of my hall. Also it's near to the railway station. The room is spacious, quite and comfortable, and there is a work desk and a sofa. Exactly what I needed. The Bads: There is not enough staff at the front desk. I need queue during check-in. The hall is a little bit gloomy and not enough lighting. I like the coffee house and the food, but unfortunately there was no fr... Read more

I came here after visiting a family member who was in General Hospital Kuala Lumpur. I was fascinated with the room for it's price. It was huge that you could have a short sprint, it was classy. This Hotel is very strategic location if you happen to one day need to crash due to someone at the Hospital Kuala Lumpur even for fun and business. Just come out the Hotel. Turn to your right and walk a little bit down you would see a restaurant that isint to expensive. You might want to try their Nasi ... Read more

I booked this hotel online & paid RM160 per night for a useless horrible room!! I was given a room on the 17th floor, soon as i exited the lift, Dirty, smelly, huge stained peeled wallpaper can be clearly seen all over the walls !! The floor corridor also looked creepy dark no lights. The room: First entering the room, strong musty smell lingered all over, the room is so dusty that i had to wear shoes in the room n also take my sinus medication due to dust allergy caused by the room , 1of the sing... First things first for business travelers: they charge money for wifi. About RM5 per hour, and 32 per day. It's cheaper to pay for your own internet plan through your wireless carrier. I paid Maxis/Hotlink RM3 for 1 Gigabyte for 24 hours of usage to make my stay here bearable. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the first hotel that charges extra for wifi. If you intend on watching videos from the internet, skip this hotel. The room was plenty large, but that's the only advantage of t... Read more

I booked this hotel room online for RM120 per night with bad experience. The room is big enough but it is too dark, dirty and smelly as well. I was given a room initially that the lamps doesn't works well, so I requested for a change for second room. Oh.. Not to forget the car park facility, it is free (in condition, you have to show the car park ticket over the counter for scanning before you check out at the car park) but car park is too dark and dirty, think twice if you are lady and travelli... Summary: Do yourself a favour, do not stay here. The lobby looks nice, but your first sign something is wrong is the dishevelled uniforms of the staff (old, worn and handed down between staff members). The old computer system and the lack of co-ordination also add to the confusion. Then you take the lift, nice enough. I was put on the 21st floor. Not that the hotel was busy at all (at breakfast, the number of room highlighted for breakfast was less than two dozen). The room was large and a g... Read more

I was accidentally booked in to the Dynasty Hotel and thought a 3.5 Star rating would mean it would be ok but it was not to be. The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of a major overhaul. I got an upgrade apparently with my room but it was very smelly and mouldy, the shower had mould, the walls were very stained and dirty. There was no water in the room to drink and the internet did not work and when I questioned it they wanted 5MYR per hour to get internet access. I phoned the operator a... Read more

We booked this hotel with a great deal (discounted) via trustable website. Our stayed for a night was cool with the view of KLCC & KL Tower through the window. The hotel room is spacious & provided basic amenities. The not so good part is the bed... we was sleeping on it with the spring feel like, not the bed. The tv is quite old, only 2 local channels & 1 international channel. Upon our arrival in the room, we have difficulty to switch on the lights & AC as we have to put in & out the room's ca... Booked this hotel for a short weekend getaway with my family. Price is cheap considering the location at the city centre (walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre or PWTC) and even includes breakfast. Last time I checked in this hotel were 10 years ago. Walked into the lobby, I find that the hotel interior didn't even change, same as the way I remembered it from a decade ago. Funny thing is, the staff at the check-in counter uses a name tag which can longer be read (Seriously?). Upon enterin... Read more
