Literally walked into a nightmare. This place was small, smelly, dark and damp. The staff were horrible and not friendly at all. The lift was small and didn't fit two people with two luggage bags comfortably. We finally got to the room which meant we had to walk past a water feature that was broken and leaking. When we opened the door to the room and turned the light on we were horrified to see cockroaches and all sorts for beetles run around the whole room and on the bed. DISGUSTING. It ... Read more

Room is small for two people. Suitable for one person actually. Noisy whole day. Hard to sleep for afternoon nap. Outside window there was big fight for foreigner couple. The lady shouted until can't sleep! Morning breakfast not nice. Why there's no local worker at F&B?All foreigners only

Hotel staffs are very friendly and fast Respond. The surrounding location is nice, there are many restaurant, chinese, indisch, arabisch, seafood resto, many 24 mini market. Breakfast is available every morning and tastes nice! :) And the best of the best is, the room price is very low, and the WiFi is good!

Hotel come with lift, it's suitable for family with senior. Friendly staff. Room : - based on Double room on 2nd floor with window face to back. * Design : Basic and simple. Connecting room provided, but soundproof a bit bad, we still can hear next door talking even they already lower down the voice (i guess so.) It was cheap. We were given a connecting room since we're a family of 4. It was nice but it could be nicer if certain renovations are to be made. There is free breakfast which is good and simple. Nothing fancy but I loved it.

I visited Kuala Lumpur for 2 days with my family of 9 members and chose to stay in this hotel..!! We booked this hotel through Trivago and got a really nice deal for 3 *3 bedrooms. It has been a really nice experience to stay at this hotel though the rooms wasn't really that big but it was very clean of course and our stay was a comfy one! The complimentary breakfast which was served wasn't upto to the mark... Overall it was a nice stay!
