take monorail from KL sentral station at end take a right across small junction then cross main road to right monorail station.there are signs of cross road. Nice position. At night there is a security guard on the ground floor,he is not serious at all. we are impressed of hotel manager behaviour. Other stuff also very friendly specially reception & roof cafe. cafe service associate Maydi take care nicely for breakfast. All in all, an excellent budget hotel.

If anyone looking for a hotel, bearing in mind the location, service, cleanliness then i obviously recommend crossroad hotel.we were few days with friends and fully satisfied by all i have mentioned previously. yes, it's a great choice!! nice& cool room design.walking distance to the petronas towers and rail links are nearby. In the top bar not open always. But morning breakfast really yummy. nice presentation from Mehedi. Good experience, coming next month again.

Very close to chew kit monorail, which is usefull to visit the city. I requested my room to be at a higher floor to avoid noises from the street, and it was quiet and comfortable.whatever, the only disappointment is the water pressure for shower was not strong enough. room was clean. the reception stuff were all very helpful and informative. I am also happy with cafe service. it's made easy & excellent by Mehedi. hotel really ok.

With family stayed 2 nights. the hotel is located approx. 200m from the monorail station.you can have a view of petronas from the top of the hotel. we took breakfast with many more items like eggs(choices), bread, cereal, juice, banana cake, fruits etc. cafe stuff were super friendly and helpful. (Mr. Mehed hasn). the bathrooms are nice and smartly done up.there is small street market, city bus stop. overall recommended.

If your idea of a good hotel is fancy linens and charming decor, you probably won't get too excited about the Crossroads Hotel. But for $32 USD per night I enjoyed a clean, safe, air-conditioned room with breakfast in a location convenient to a variety of public transportation options. It's a very short walk from the hotel to the free GoKL bus, right next to the Chow Kit metro stop. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and conscientious. They helped me to plan my few free days effectively, allo... Read more
