I booked the Premier room listed as 20 m2. I think the room was actually a bit larger than that. I had breakfast on the roof for RM25. When you take Uber, they take you to the entrance that is closed. Tell them to go straight and then turn left for the actual entrance. At night, if you walk around the block, you will find late night eats, but no bars.

Crossroads is a budget hotel and one can see the effort they put into hospitality and the design of the place. Compared to many in its class that I've stayed, Crossroads is still the best. That said, I'm happy with what I've paid for in a double queen albeit for 3 nights of fitful sleep. As one reviewer put it, the hotel should at least try to mirror what they advertised - chairs and a table. On to the good points. Staff on duty were very helpful and knows the area quite well. Cleanliness is a... Read more

Stay here 2 nights in a family room with 2 queen size beds. There is noise from the air-con and bed. Spent the first night taking bath with no hot water as the heater is not functioning, had to call reception for maintenance to fix the water heater on the next morning. The location of the hotel is just a minute walk to monorail station, however there is parking difficulty as the hotel does not have private car park, car is park at roadside *have to inform the receptionist for parking reservation... I stayed here for 2 days. Location is strategic. You can reach here by taking monorail. This budget hotel does provide TV, air-conditioner, a bottle of drinking water and free wifi. Staffs are friendly. The room is clean.

Crossroads is a five star budget hotel. Definitely value for money, large clean superior double room (our room was facing the markets, so noise was minimal). Breakfast was good value and eating on the rooftop restaurant was a good way to start the day. The location is great, not too far from the city center with a train station opposite.

Actually i stayed here for 4 times. Service Staff are friendly, One occasion i have to switch room because i book 2 nights separately i went over to the counter and their manager help me to settle it before i ask them why do i need to switch rooms. I have stayed fort he past few months as an off and on guest, as location wise it would be a great hotel for it is in the city center and transportation is also easy excess 24/7, Rooms are decent for the price you pay, amenities are basic, cleanliness was good at 1st then the quality dropped as they don't clean good, linen and others are changed only as requested, Rooftop Cafe, now this is a disaster for having a foreign worker as a chef, the cleanliness is a question, HALAL or not is a big quer... We stayed two days only, tks god. To start the location is terrible! Worst place I have ever stayed. Only I booked because it was elected best cheap hotels in Malaysia, still do not understand why. Room until it ok, despite the noise, the windows are not soundproof, the bathroom is tiny with no box. The breakfast, surcharge is a disappointment. The hotel staff is no a little friendly, except for the head chef. And to top it off, my husband forgot to necesserie him in the room bathroom with perfu... Read more

Nice hotel & rooms, but does not have a restaurant. The room and facilities were clean. The request for an extra bed was accepted. Can't comment on the parking, because I used Uber and LRT for city commute.

Good location for us, close to monorail and free city bus. Interesting part of the city away from the big shopping malls (but easy to get to them if you want to). Very good service eg. helped to secure parking space outside hotel, cool drinks offered on arrival, good local knowledge. Room clean, modern and well set out. Rooftop restaurant available, but we chose to eat at street stalls which are plentiful all around hotel.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff are ok, but staying in this hotel you might face a fact of an extremely aggressive money extortion from their ground floor guard. After bringing luggage upstairs (all was happening in the middle of the night) he wouldn't let to close the door of the room till he got paid 30 ringgit as a tip! He was just standing there not letting to close the door with his hand outstretched insisting on money. It's terrible and totally aggressive. If you can't tolerate that ... Read more

The rooms here were very comfortable and clean and the WiFi was the best I've experienced in Southeast Asia. The location was a bit inconvenient since it's near the end of the monorail and that's a bit slower than the other trains, but it's still pretty easy to get anywhere in the city. The in-hotel restaurant is useless for breakfast, but there's so many good/cheap food options nearby that it's completely unnecessary. Overall, I'm happy with my stay here and I'll definitely return if I come bac... Read more

After watching several photos of the hotel and having read the positive reviews about the place, we decided to stay there during our trip to Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately we were not quite satisfied with what we encountered. We booked the family room and smarter by the experience now, we would have booked two double rooms now instead. The rooms were connected with each other, but the downside was that the bigger room had no windows, and the smaller one had no air conditioning. Well, at least not ... Read more
