213 air-conditioned guestrooms at Mandarin Oriental feature iPod docking stations and CD players. Beds come with down comforters and premium bedding. Bathrooms feature separate bathtubs and showers with handheld showerheads. They also offer makeup/shaving mirrors, bathrobes, and slippers. Wired high-speed and wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. In addition to desks and complimentary newspapers, guestrooms offer cordless phones with voice mail. 42-inch plasma televisions have cable channels, DVD players, and TV Internet access (surcharge). Rooms also include safes, blackout drapes/curtains, welcome amenities, and hair dryers. Guests may request in-room massages, irons/ironing boards, and hypo-allergenic bedding. A nightly turndown service is offered and housekeeping is available daily.

The Spa has 8 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include massages, facials, body scrubs, and body treatments. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy. This ocean view spa is equipped with a sauna and a spa tub. Visitors of this spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the boutique.

Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa.
