As someone who had stayed at the majority of 5* hotels in Macau, i can say that the 4S truly delivers with their service . From pier arrival to pillow selection, resturant bookings and service, it really does feel 5*. I have stayed at the venetian, grand hyatt, mgm, okura, conrad and sheraton and although all these hotels are newer than four seasons, their sevice is definitely below par and you feel like a cattle being herded along rather than a guest. The staff and food are great! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and has notified the hotel at the time of booking and were welcomed by upgraded room with champagne and cake. We found the mattress too soft on the first night and the hotel took remedial measure as soon as they were informed. we felt great during our entire stay there. The staff at the reception, restaurant and the room service are all very friendly and warm.

We visited the hotel in May 2016 for our honeymoon. We travelled from Hong Kong airport which took around 1.5h by bus then boat from HK. Initial impression of the hotel is very good it is in a central location on the main strip with direct link bridges to 3 main casinos including the Venetian with the main shopping food area. The hotel itself doesn't have a casino however this was a positive thing as 3 main casinos are based within very close proximity. The hotel directly links to the main s... Read more

Stayed for 2 nights with family incl a child and infant. Our first visit to Macau and what an experience. Right from the pick up at the airport, we got personalised service. A big shout out to Julietta for making sure that we were well taken care off. Would strongly recommend the Four Seasons over the touristy and crowded Venetian. Will definitely stay again.

A large room, fittingly styled for the Four Seasons brand. The bathroom with 'his and her' basin was spacious, with a TV panel above the bath and rainforest shower head. The welcome was exceptional, with prior stays at the hotel acknowledged and a personalised check in and room orientation. The luxurious foyer with a mammoth chandelier, grandiose flower arranges and grand piano set the scene for a deluxe stay. Be sure to checkout the in house fine dining and many outdoor pools!

We were provided connecting rooms to accommodate our family and it was large and efficient. The breakfast spread was good and the staff was very courteous and understanding. Despite being located next to other hotels and shops, the Four Seasons itself was quiet and luxurious. Returning here always felt like a good recharge. After doing a bit of research, we zeroed on four seasons because of its family friendly reviews. We were not at all disappointed. The property was huge and luxurious. The check in was fast and the staff member explained us about the various facilities in the hotel. The bathroom was huge and the all the small details were taken care of. The inroom dining options was good and had a couple of Indian options. The service was also fast. The property has 6-8 swimming pools, we didn't have the time t... Read more

Four Seasons really live up to its reputation. We were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff to begin with; the room is very spacious and the arrangements can reflect the team's attention to details; facilities are impeccable - especially the swimming pools. The only regretful thing is that the hotel next door is under some construction so we couldn't be left in peace when hanging out by the pool side, although this isn't really anything that the hotel can do. The spa is amazing - wow, defi... Read more

It was my second stay at Four Seasons and I enjoyed my time again. I traveled with my family and we thought it was very child friendly. The hotel provided the usual child bathroom products but they also added a nice touch with a child bathrobe and slippers. The swimming pools were also family friendly with one pool dedicated to infants. We stayed in a standard room and we found it quite spacious/luxurious. First of all, we felt unwelcome from the Manager, Ms. Rita, who showed impatience to communicate with my friend which English is not our native language. Great hotel, great location, great staff, great suite, and phenomenal attention to detail. It's not a "kid" hotel as much as some on Cotai Strip, but we loved it. Our two boys were given fluffy toys at check in, and we found a playhouse and playmat in the room, along with colouring books and crayons - and kid bathroom kits... shampoo, nappies, bath robes etc. Great!! Everything here is so beautiful and luxurious, from the spacious rooms to the meticulously landscaped pools (of which there are five!). Beyond all that, is the way the staff of the Four Seasons make you feel welcome and attend to any needs or wants you may have. In fact, they go the extra step by anticipating what you need before you even have to ask for it... This is a nice property, but nice isn't what most Four Season properties want to be called. Unfortunately, I can't quite call this location outstanding, especially in contrast to other properties around the world. Four Seasons Macau is definitely one of the best hotels in Macau. From the time when you get to the ferry terminal, the service is impeccable. A nice "shuttle" that is actually a chauffeur driven Alphad that brings you to and from the ferry and the hotel when you arrive and leave, respectively. I have stayed in many hotels in Macau and Four Seasons is amongs the best. Quality service and a very quiet hotel which is rare in Macau. A little off from main area but close enough to shopping malls and easy transportation. Clean and beautiful room, personal service, I had a very comfortable stay, a subtly luxury hotel. I once left something behind and they locate it and send it back to me the very next day without any worries and hassle. Appreciate that.
