Situated in a shopping centre in the centre of the city. Really good location for bars and restaurants. Very nice friendly check in and check out staff. Room very comfortable, but falling apart in places (eg draws hanging off, sink takes ages to drain, air con takes a long time to cool the room down etc). Wi-fi very good if you are on business. No iron in room. Very frustratingly you cant call reception as always engaged tone. Room safe good. Door latch broken. Very comfortable bed and large bat... Read more

Don't get me wrong, this is possibly one of the better hotels to stay while in Beirut and they have some amazing staff members who would try to co-operate and support, however the rooms are very old fashioned. The bed wasn't the comfortable one that I was hoping (I think it was just the spring and not the actual medicated mattress that they used) and also the bathroom shower was leaking. The breakfast wasn't either great but not bad. The staff members especially at the reception are very friendl... Read more

This Holiday Inn is in a shopping centre/mall so it is easy to miss. But once you find it, really nice place to stay. Staff Mr. Ali is very pleasant and helpful, especially when one comes in the middle of the night! Daytime staff Ms. Rayane is also helpful.

Room was clean and OK. Breakfast was the worst I have been served in a Holiday Inn Franchise. I asked for a Spanish Omelet, as they only had scrambled egg on offer in view. They took the scrambled egg and added some vegetables and served it to me!!! Awful!!!! Was given a meeting room that cam only with 2 meter connection cabel toprojector, so every presenter in small meeting and to sit next to projector. Why on earth can they not have connector cable central to all tables!!!! Internet code was i... Read more

I love this hotel. To start with, the location is incredible. It is in a mall so you can run errands easily without leaving the hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and cozy. Customer service is good for what the hotel is. I always get what I request in no time. The food isn't amazing but I usually go down to Casper and Gambinis for breakfast and spend the rest of the day out. There's so much to do in Beirut so why order room service. They have a goodies basket in the room (chargeable) that I p... Read more

Rooms are clean, wifi is ok, the hotel is actually located in a shopping mall, breakfast was ok, but could be better. Convenient location a few minutes drive by taxi to Bayrock and Hamra Street. At the airport they were supposed to send a taxi, when we arrived there was no sign of anyone, so we had to get a regular taxi from the airport. Apparently the man with the sign went for a cigarette and missed us.

Very centrally located hotel with almost all amenities close at hand. The rooms are extremely well kept, and the staff is A-grade. The b'fast spread is huge, with something for every palate. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is getting an English-speaking cab driver - even from the hotel :(

I have visited the hotel on the 20th of September2016 and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel's location is excellent, everything u need is nearby; the hotel is inside a shopping mall whereby you also have cinemas, bowling, kids arcade...The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. Breakfast is basic, but the quality and taste are very good. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas is as expected from an international chain. Security inside and outside of the hotel is felt. Overall ... Read more

Stayed here at the end of august when it was hot and humid outside. It was for work and it meets this requirement just fine. It's in the centre. 5 mins walk to work, 20mins walk to the Client. Not that anyone walks around here. Was the only fool walking. Everyone else prefers to be stuck in cars in gridlock in this polluted walkable city. (Have they no legs?) It's near a load of shops and cafes for the necessaries. There's not much of a view, but I wouldn't have had time to look at i... Read more
