I had a real beautiful experience at this hotel in spite late check-in (1a.m.)due to flight delay. I found a lot of red roses petal in the room and a birthday cake. The setting was breathtaking. The staff were all friendly and always helpful. They have a very well equipped gym and a must try Spa. The Balcony bar is warm with a jazz band every Tuesday evening. I couldn't think on one negative to say about this hotel. From the minute you arrive at check in you feel looked after and very welcomed. ... Read more

It is one of the best and location is very perfect. I went to Japanese food section, they have a variety of option to choose from, I had one of the best vegetarian tempura and my husband was pleased with the choice of fish options available. Service is great, Ambiance is too good.

We visited the middle eastern restaurant on Saturday. Unlike the previous visit which was great food I would say this Saturday was good food!!! I do like the atmosphere and the staff are very courteous. I would go again!!! But do keep the standards maintained!

Stayed here during NYE for 01 night. I have to say the security team at the gate are one of the best I have ever experienced. They make small talk while doing their job and you can tell it is not forced, but they do enjoy it. Check in was painless and all details were passed along including WiFi password. Superior room was adequate for me as I was a solo guest. Room was on 8th floor and I did not realize how good this was until midnight struck and the view of all the fireworks was amazing. The... although i arrived way before check in they had a room ready for me. Check in was painless, and details of the room and key access was explain clearly. Bottles of water was everywhere and there was never a need to ask. Love that fact that sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was separated for men and women. Food was great which featured some Kenyan dishes. Make sure you ask about beverages prior, some are not included in meals. Paulne, Adede, Liliau, Mada, Jakii, Augellali, Winnie and Wambui to name a... Read more

I had a 4 day business trip to Nairobi and my delegation booked me in Villa Rosa Kempinski. I have to say I was not expecting it to be of a great stay, but I have to admit, it was one of my best and relaxed stay in Africa. The hotel is suited near the center of Nairobi with short drive access to malls and shops. The rooms are elegant and beautifully decorated. The service is great. Staff are very knowledgeable and tentative. The hotel have three classy restaurants, Tambourin (Moroccan), Lucca (I... Read more

Tight security, Kenyan style but you have to appreciate this! Several continental restaurants and cafes, rooms are comfortable to truly meet global standards, staff is polite and service is truly, Kenyan -Warm and efficient The spa however needs better management. Amenities are of good quality , reception is inviting but service is over pr... Read more

Came here for our team's business dinner and must say I was quite impressed with the place. It is definitely a five star so extremely pricey. Lot of time for security checks but lots of political figures do visit so makes sense. There is a bit of a issue with parking as it is slightly far away from the main lobby. The food and desserts were excellent especially non veg but hardly anything in veg which they should look at. Will post a new review when I get a chance to spend a night there or ... Read more

Above all else, it was the pleasant and warm smiles of the staff that will make this stay memorable. The hotel had every amenity you'd associate with a top brand like Kempinski including a better than average hotel fitness center and top notch Asian, Italian and Middle Eastern restaurants as well as more traditional bar/cafe food. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with many healthy options and included in room pricing rate. Most noteworthy, however, was the polite and attentive staff. As ... Read more
