Stayed here for 3 nights on business. From the time to arrive at the hotel to when you are in your room the service is excellent. The room was great and comfortable. We had bottled water in the room and the bathroom. Mini bar was free and they replenished daily. The bonus for me was I had towels. The breakfast is also good and a good spread. The staff servicing breakfast were realy pleasant and friendly. Special kudos to Caroline M who was the waitress at breakfast during the period I staye... Read more

Arrived very late at night to a warm and efficient welcome at the Villa Rosa Kempinski. Not often you are offered a warm towel and a welcome drink at check-in. My room was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. After a short, but peaceful night's rest I was able to check out quickly and on my way to the rift valley. Will be back in the future.

March 12, 2016 we had our Fabulous American/Kenyan Wedding Ceremony and Reception at the Villa Rosa Kempinski. It was Magical. Our guest stayed at this Hotel for seven days and Loved every accommodation. They offered several restaurant's and Bar options. We enjoyed the Spa services the most. The massages and treatment were at a cost but the pool, stream room, sauna and the giant hot tub were exceptional at no cost and everthing works. Oh how I wish to be there right now. We worked with Caroline ... Read more

The Kempinski is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Nairobi, food excellent and the gym and spa are amazing for a hotel based amenities. The restaurants around the hotels are top notch as well, only wish they told me the mini bar was complementary as I ordered drinks with my in room dining when I could have taken them our the fridge
