The Location of the hotel is quite convenient if you want spend sometime in Nairobi business center. However, the hotel management tried to manipulated my hotel booking. I arrived sometime in the afternoon and receptionist asked me to come back in two hours since my room is not ready. I left my bag in the hotel but come back 5:00pm. I was informed that the hotel is full and they want to transfer me to another hotel. They also told another couple to the same message. I refused to accept the prop... Read more

For the short time we spent the accommodations were clean, well kept, with a delightful staff that were friendly and polite. We enjoyed our breakfast, discussed our itinerary with our Africa Remote Safaris specialist, met our safari guide, and we were off on an adventure of a life time. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Nairobi.

One of the best customer care I have seen in Nairobi, very friendly staff and ready to go out of their way to help you (ask for Festus in the Kitchen, he's the best). The rooms are comfortable with little fuss... the Internet connection can be capricious at times.

Stayed here for a night post safari before flying home. Compared with the Boulevard Hotel (Nairobi) it was excellent and very well priced (great value when compared with other hotels). Great food, friendly staff and good facilities (gym and pool). Will return to this hotel if I'm ever in Nairobi again. The trip to the international airport is not far from here (unless you travel in peak hour traffic, which is bad) and costs $25USD.

Located in the centre of Nairobi with good facilities, friendly and attentive service by all staff. Rooms clean and sufficiently equipped. A quite and reliable place to stay; good value for money. The breakfast with the omelets by Festus Sitati and his great service are the best way to start the day!

We were part of a 1100 delegation of Jehovah's Witnesses there for a Special Conv in Nairobi. The hotel was chosen by our local organizers for the cleanliness, orderliness and food hygiene and preparation. The hotel staff was very accommodating with the needs of our requests. They adjusted their normal breakfast hours so we could be bused out early for the all day convention. The food was delicious with a huge buffet, breakfast and dinner, to suit all eating styles.
