As part of our tour package, I and a friend were booked for 1 night/1 day at the Holiday Inn Resort. We got a room overlooking the Dead Sea which was really a great deal. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. Basic toiletries were provided and with free Wi-Fi. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had good options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pools and bar. We really enjoyed and spent some time at the beach during sunset and early in the... Read more

This hotel was extremely incredible and made my first experience a great one. I came from Chicago, and did not regret it at all. I also like the way all of the staff were extremely respectful and kind. Obaida was extremely welcoming, and made the trip unforgettable as well as comforting. Everything was better than I imagined and I had a blast with my family. I will come back again and mainly for the hospitality of the great staff here.

The hotel looks quite impressive as you drive up. Large foyer and very nice gardens. Our room was upstairs. There is no elevator. And when you go up to your floor you then come down a half flight of stairs to your room. Very odd layout. The room was quite comfortable. But when we opened the balcony doors the previous guest had left their not too clean underwear on the chair. Very unattractive. Not impressed. The staff sorted it quickly though, although they too found it a yucky task. The dining ... Read more

We stayed here as part of a tour package and I decided to give it a chance. I knew in advance it was a Holiday Inn, but from their website it seemed really nice. For the most part it is a wonderful hotel. The hotel is clean and air conditioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful (for the most part), but to say you are a 4 star resort without the 4 star service is not good. We checked in and were taken to a room adjacent to a kids pool. This is a very nice four star resort. Three of us stayed there while touring Jordan and before crossing into Israel. We arrived mid afternoon and departed the next morning. So we were there just long enough to float in the Dead Sea and have dinner. The staff were very helpful. We presented no challenges but were nonetheless efficient, courteous and pleasant. Dinner in the western restaurant was fine. Breakfast was fine. Overall, a fine hotel along the route of a tour around Jordan and to Israel... Read more

The rooms are large and well appointed. We had a lovely balcony (045) overlooking the Dead Sea.
