On my first visit to Jordan was accommodated here. The decor is gorgeous, beautiful mosaic tiling and plenty of wood. The staff are so helpful and polite. The rooms well appointed and beds comfortable. Could not have asked for more. Thank you to all the staff.

- Be aware of their mini-bar fridge scam. They charged 17.80 JD for three cans of soda and a bottle of jus. These items are way over charged. - The room is dirty. Bed linings are not clean enough. - The room is very small. - The bathroom flush is not good. The bathroom toilet was getting clogged in daily bases. - Their Gym equipment are old and most of them fail continuously. - The Gym room has some TVs, but the only channel you can watch is the Muslim prayer channel from Saudi Arabia. You f... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and stay was amazing. Food was very nice and staff was supportive. I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Very nice veg food was arranged for us. American breakfast was also awesome. Very near to Souq.

Spent a night at this hotel, and there's not much to say other than you get what you pay for. The rooms are nothing out of this world, but are functional. The breakfast buffet was quite good and all in all, this was a decent mid-range hotel. It's worth mentioning though, that there's nothing much within walking distance of this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the concierge was always helpful. A great place to arrive after three days roughing it in Wadi Rum. And a great location from which to explore Amman! I'd definitely come back.

Very reasonable rates for a single room and was upgraded to a 'suite' at no charge. Spacious, pleasantly decorated, comfortable bed, modern bathroom (but shower pressure was poor), view was ok to a mosque and church, wifi a bit slow but is free. Staff were helpful and welcoming but could smile more. Restaurant has nice Arabic decor and tilework. Food is ok - simple but tasty buffets for breakfast (included in room rate) and dinner (reasonable cost). Pool/gym/steam/sauna area is old but functio... Read more

The Good: - Rooms were large and spacious. - The bedding was very comfortable. - Window was a large wall to wall window, with thick curtains that blocked the light should you want it. Images attached for view, while not spectacular, there was an interesting vista of the Amman. - big buffet breakfast with a lot of options. The bad: - bathroom was nicely laid with marble and Grohe faucets, but shower basin would flood quite quickly while having a shower! - seemed like a bathroom smell lingered i... Read more

I selected this hotel after careful consideration of the price, Amman is an expensive city and it wasn't possible for me to afford the price of 4 - 5 star hotels in Amman , the price was encouraging I thought maybe I will regret the choice cause usually you have to take into account other criteria's when you want to select the right hotel not only the price, this time I didn't and hopefully I didn't regret!, everything was good, the room size, breakfast, cleanness, staff kidness, Wifi, location,... Rooms are adequate, fairly clean, but are pretty small. Bed felt a bit too hard. Bathroom is Ok but is dated. Overall I would say a decent hotel. Front desk is helpful and somewhat accommodating. Ride from the airport is flat 30JOD, convenient, and probably below what you would pay if you have to get there during rush hour. They had a buffet for dinner, 10JOD, was pretty good, but obviously not alot of choices, especially if you don't eat meat. Breakfast is standard fare, nothing fancy but you w... Read more

After spending an entire week in some remote locations on a cycling trip, this hotel was a wonderful place to spend the last two days in Jordan. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Friendly, professional service. Good value!
