Like the previous posting we can not praise the Arab Tower Hotel enough. This was our first visit to Jordan and the Hotel was ideally situated in the Hustle and Bustle of Downtown Amman with all the amenities we required on our door step. Easy walking distance to the Museum, Amphitheatre, Citadel, excellent street food outlets, Souks and the nightlife of Rainbow Street. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is included on their roof terrace overlooking the city. On the front desk, Tamin and ... Read more

Stayed at the Arab Towers hotel on the nights of the 13th and 14th May and again on the 21st. A well situated hotel within view ( from the restaurant ) of the Roman Amphitheatre. Helpful and friendly service and staff. Good WiFi and comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was included and good. The hotel was reasonably priced and I would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the downtown area.

I had the pleasure of staying at Arab Tower Hotel. I enjoyed every minute of it, from start to finish. Tamim and Viola were amazing. Tamim told me about the best restaurants around and things to do, he offered great customer service. Viola actually showed me around a bit, which was awesome. Check in, check out, breakfast, tours, wifi, room, customer service, just everything was great. Keep it up you guys. I'm missing Amman already, so I plan to go back.

Great location to start exploring Amman. Major attractions in walking distance. Room not very big and the bathroom/shower was quite dirty. Staff was helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for tourists who are not too keen on excellent room qualities and just want to see the city.

We loved our stay at Arab Tower Hotel. This is in an excellent location for visiting all the major sites in Amman. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast on the rooftop too. The wifi also worked well. Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amman.

Central location and helpful staff -- they also organise trips to Petra, Dead Sea etc.. Do ask them about anything, Tamim is ready to help. The breakfast with a view of Amman is definitely one to remember.

The shared shower room for the 6-bed basement dorm where I stayed was pretty damn good. I wasn't expecting much based on the room, but when I opened that bathroom door, boy was I surprised. No chipped paint and dated furnishings here, oh no - the tiles are black marble (or feel it at least) and the walls and ceiling a bright, fresh cream colour. The strong lighting and relatively powerful fan help to accentuate the open and clean feeling. The sink and toilet both seem relatively new and the toil... Read more

The hotel has a great location, a really great value for money! The breakfast is awesome, with a view to the city, worth a look specially with the colours of the sunrise in the middle east. Very busy street and all people watching you going to this hotel. For the price I paid, could have been better. I got a 2 rooms, each had 3 beds. At night it was freezing, and the blanket was not enough. The shower room was the worst, so small you can hardly turn in it while showering and the water is everywhere. Good thing - free wifi and very good breakfast on the top of the roof with amazing view of the city. Staff friendly and helpful, just the rooms are not comfortable

I stayed here for a week using it as a base to get around Jordon. For the price I paid I think it was great value esp considering the location and the fact breakfast was included. The room was ok. Basic as it was still in the throws of being done up. Had a few issues with the hot water and tv while there but overall I would recommend it. Offers free wifi mostly in the common room area. The staff were helpful when I needed to work out buses to go out and about.

Ok, this is not a 5 star hotel so I don't understand complaints from people that expected perfect apartment. It is not expensive, it is in a good location and a staff, especially I mean Tamim, are of a great help. Some hotels don't offer tour around Jordan but this one does and Tamim will do everything to accommodate you. Now, if you are a lonely traveller, as I was, there is a chance, if you go in off seasone, that for some travels you would have to manage by yourself. You will get tips and in... Read more

This hotel is very well located, we could get to the principal Amman atractions by walking (the roman theatre and the citadelle + Hercules Temple). The staff was very nice and helfull, specially the two young men, the old one was also nice but as he didn't spoke much English it was difficult to deal with him. They arranged us a nice excursion for one day to different places. And they also helped us with some advices about how to move arround Amman o which transports to take to go to other places... We chose the hotel for its location and that did not disappoint as it was conveniently located. Firstly, if you have a car, I don't think the hotel has their own parking. A guy from the hotel jumped into my car with me and we drove up a hill and he pointed at a parking spot on the street and told me to park there. I asked him what if I wanted to go somewhere and that spot was no longer available and he answered by rattling off a series of "park here" and "don't park here" instructions as w... Read more
