Nice hotel, clean room, good firm bed, nice bathroom with bath accessories. I always charge all my electronic devices every night and I was happy to find lots of plugs in the room for charging. However, the air-con had no cold air so I ended up opening the window to let the cool air in the room. Internet was good. The best part to this hotel is the service of their dining and front desk staff. The ladies in their breakfast buffet were very helpful and they brought to our table the coffee, tea, or... Read more

This quaint boutique hotel is perched on a quiet residential hill in the Norther part of Amman. This place is family run and it shows in the level of attentiveness that they extend towards their guests. The breakfast buffet is extensive and balances a local cuisine with an international offering. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The cigar lounge is very atmospheric and the food and beverage offering is generally very strong.

Very nice hotel, friendly professional staff. Rooms clean and cosy. Overall a very good experience. The only issue is that it is located next to Jordan university and there is nothing much in the close vicinity.

i was here in november and checked in late at night. however, there was a mixed up in the room and we were told to wait in the room while the staff go down again to get the keys. upon reaching the new room, i was too exhausted with the long flight so i unpacked the necessary and prepared to sleep. the next day, i realised that another bag was left in the other room. i called the reception and the bag was retrieved. however, the cotton bag in the zip-up shoulder carrier which had my gadgets were ... The hotel is very comfortable, clean and has a pleasant decor. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. I was most impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who made our stay a real pleasure. The complimentary breakfast was great with a wide selection of foods to choose from. I will choose this hotel again for future visits to Amman.

It's beautifully located uphill and the place is quaint and clean. A staff called me a day before check-in and shared that she was my relationship manager. She upgraded my room to a suite....which is nice. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The in room service was prompt. Only input is that they should have currency exchange in the hotel itself. Also, bfast options can be increased. All in all, nice place to stay.

The room was at the front of the hotel, and had a balcony, affording the freedom at the end of my working day to sit out in the fresh air to relax or read a book with a refreshing cup of tea as an alternative to having to sit inside the room for everything. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, adding to the air quality by comparison to one situated in a narrow street lower down. A short walk down the hill was a mix of shops selling items that you might have left behind, in my case shoesh... Read more
