I like to start with the good: the customer service here is great. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and spacious. Wifi is free, but many sites are blocked (anything classified as "entertainment", which does not include social media). Reasonably priced. That being said: the location is not conducive to anything you want to do in Amman and it is on the far side of town from anything you want to do outside of Amman. The hotel has passed its glory days but it still has its charm, the rooms were large and comfy and the gym and pool were very good, the food at breakfast was good and room service was affordable and servings were large. the hotel has some plumbing problems which has caused some ceiling damage in the restuarant which looks tacky.

free wi-fi, but many sites are blocked. Nothing in walking distance, but you could get a cab outside easy enough. The reception staff was a little rude at times, especially has our room card kept having to be reset as would not work? hey like thats our fault. for us as we was on a scheduled 6 day trip, we was not at the hotel that much it was just as a base.

Visited this hotel with a tour group for 2 nights in April 2016. The room was comfortable and clean. Basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo, shower cap and a hair dryer. No electric kettle in the room. Dining area looked more like a cafeteria, with long tables. Hardly any space between each table to move about. Buffet meals for lunch and breakfast. Nothing special.
