Pricey, but amazing convenience for a long day at the park with a close, comfy bed. Sensational breakfast - a must with your room. Hotel is older - the nice rooms on the upper floors are worth the extra investment - although there were not any soaps/shower wash etc as there are in the lower floor rooms!

Good alternative for the Disney Hotel if you don't want to pay the big bugs. You can walk to Disney if you want but as you walk enough in the park we took the mono rail which is directly across the hotel. The best thing was that we went back to the hotel after 6 hours Disney, had a sleep and went back to the park until it closed. The kids could not have done a full day and I would get kranky but now we all were happy the whole day :-) It was my daughters birthday and I asked for cake as I broug... Read more

We stayed here in April 2016 and it was fantastic! The staff there were so helpful and everyone spoke English so it was easy to find our way around. By far and way the best thing was the food. The breakfast buffet was brilliant with both Japanese and Western food but the dinner buffet was the best of all. We travel a lot and all 5 of us agreed the food was amazing. The BEST sushi out of anywhere we went in Japan (and the world). It really was second to none. But there was a great selection of We... Read more

Disney guests, conference attendees, and wedding madness abounds in this busy little hub of activity. It's perfectly acceptable, and the rooms are quite nice with a beautiful bathroom. The views are gorgeous. Beds are too hard for my liking, but they had nice Japanese nightshirt style robes and great slippers. Buffet was satisfactory but exorbitant.

Coming from the Hilton Shinjuku, this hotel is such a disappointment. The lackluster welcome, combined with the feeling of being in an abandoned hotel should have been warning enough. The moment we stepped out of the elevator onto our floor, the corridor smelled like a construction site. Our first room had such a strong smell of paint that my eyes, throat, and nose were burning. Front desk said there was nothing much they can do as they are fully booked. They sent up housekeeping who wanted to... Read more

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family and we really enjoyed the hotel. They definitely go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. My daughter received a personalized welcome card which really made her feel special. I would suggest getting the breakfast buffet if it comes as an option with your booking. As you see, this hotel used Hilton's brand of hospitality - it provides great service and huge room. The location of this hotel to the Disney parks is near. If you want to visit both Disney Land and Disney Sea, try staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay, surely you and your family will have a wonderful time together. Would suggest you have a membership (free) with Hilton Honors to leverage the separate lines for both check-in and during the breakfast buffet entry/seating. Would have been great if they also recognized Diamond level at this hotel - didn't notice any specific amenities. Hilton Tokyo Bay is an Official Hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort. It's feels a little schizophrenic because it tries to be a business hotel as well as a family resort. The weekend we were there, the resort hosted a large bio-tech conference as well as two weddings. We had two twin Celebrio rooms, one with a full ocean view, the other with what was called a park view, but it was really a parking lot view. I could see the fireworks in the park at 8:30PM. I stayed at this hotel with the entire family for a quick visit to Tokyo Disney. The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, and it is a great place for families. But the problems here ultimately overwhelm these qualities. For example, I wanted to use the fitness center. It is a place very close to Disney land, which you can access Disney by its train. It only take about 10 minutes, but the room price is much cheaper than Disney Hotel, maybe about half of Disney Hotel's price. If your budget is limited, but you don't want to spend too much time traveling back and forth between hotel and Disney land. This Hilton is a good choice.

Stayed with two teenagers over two separate stays. Staff are fantastic and took the trouble to ask about our side trips in between our stays. As Hilton members we received free WiFi and complimentary gym access. They were also able to provide us with a power adapter when we forgot to pack an extra one. The free shuttle to and from Maihama station is a great feature of this hotel. We love this hotel and will definitely stay again.

This Hilton property is without a doubt probably the most customer service driven hotel I have ever stayed at. However the Japanese culture in general excel in the customer service field. Very clean and easy access to many points of interest in Tokyo. The restaurants in the hotel are a little on the pricey side. Definitely request bed and breakfast when you book to save yourself some money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples and families. I would however stay away from the big Ja... Read more

suprisingly we can fit 4 beds in this room with still spaces to walk around in between. the lights in the room are of bright color, not the same as other business hotels. would be better if the hotel has shuttle bus to disneyland directly, that would have save us a lot of trouble.

The Hilton Tokyo Bay is one of the Official Tokyo Disney Reaort Hotels and as such it's located on the Tokyo Disney Reaort property (only the Disney hotels and "official hotels" are on the resort property). The hotel was great - it is Hilton, after all. Transportation to the two Disney parks was phenomenal. But, this has to do more with Disney guest service than with Hilton. There is a Disney shuttle that takes you from the hotel to the Bayside Station monorail stop across the street. The m... Read more

For a family of 9 with kids and teenagers, booking 2 magic rooms and one standard room was more than enough. The standard room can easily fit two adults and still felt very spacious. The magic room can fit up to 4 adults and its a perfect choice if you want to give the kids a taste of Disney magic. The hotel has everything you need from grocery shop to Yamato service

Beds are amazing. Pillow menu allows you to choose your preferred style. Complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar. All great perks. Situated on the Tokyo Disney Resort line you are at Disneyland/Disneysea in only 5-10 minutes depending on whether you take the complimentary shuttle bus or the Disney Monorail (which they change a small fee for). The hotel itself is modern, has plenty of food options that are good value in hotel terms. Great views of the Disney park from 10/11th floors. Fr... Read more

We chose the view of the bay and it was a wise decision as the night view was beautiful, not to mention the kids get to play plane spotting. The staff were very efficient, courteous and friendly too. The hotel was very nice, the room was amazing and the view of Tokyo Bay was very nice. The dinner buffet was a little pricy at $45, and then an additional $21 for beer, however the food tasted great. The breakfast in the morning really left something to be desired. I have received better breakfast at a hotel who offered a free breakfast. If I stayed here again I would avoid eating at any of the restaurants due to the value I received.

Unusual for hotels during our stay, almost completely smoke free. Good basic grocery store and easy zip on Disney Line to the mall ,food court. They allowed for family of four plus a bay in room which was nice. Great hotel with a nice view of the bay. Got upgraded to free breakfast for Hilton Gold. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of choices. Will most likely stay here again next time we come to Tokyo Disneyland. We stayed 3 days at Disneysea MiraCosta Hotel and they transferred the luggage to Hilton Tokyo Bay for us while we went to the parks. The bags were waiting for us in our room at Hilton Tokyo Bay. This hotel knows how to treat all guests, especially families and little ones with rooms especially designed to transport children into a magical woodland experience. Clean, an attentive to detail, my family loved our room and finding the 'keys'. Details are not spared. Even when checking in there is an area for children to play and watch Disney movies. Despite the hazy early autumn weather, the view was spectacular! You could even see the grand Tokyo Gate Bridge Towers for the hotel room. We've just had 3 enjoyable nights at the Tokyo Bay Hilton. If I was coming to Tokyo to visit Disneyland particularly, I'd definitely stay here again. It's just across the road from the monorail that takes you to the two Disney parks, so if you want to go to the park for a while, put your feet up and then go back for the fireworks (or the late fast pass rides), it's very convenient for that.
