Read reviews that said this hotel was dated. It is but it evokes a style from yesteryear which is pretty cool. Very helpful staff with great English skills. Very close to Zojoji temple, Tokyo Tower, Hamamatsucho JR station, Daimon subway Station (Oedo line). Plenty of eateries, bars, convenience stores close by. One side (separate building) currently being renovated but next to no noise. A good option.

Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip. Convenient to reach from Haneda airport by monorail. Short walk from Hamamatsucho and Daimon station. Stayed in the annex as the main building was in renovation. Japanese breakfast was nice and the breakfast buffee, although not huge in variety, was not bad. Room was larger than expected. Complimentary water is not provided. Hotel is located in a quiet area but in less than 5 minutes walk there are plenty of places to eat. Definitely my 1st choice for my ... Read more

We spent only one night in this hotel and wished we could stay there longer. The hotel is pretty new, very modern equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated. Extremely clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful and can easily communicate in English, which is not common in Tokyo. The style is more Western than Japanese. Nice decoration - huge globe at the reception, of about 1,5 m in diameter gives you opportunity to check how far you have to travel to get there. The location with very good acces... Read more

Go and stay at Shiba Park Hotel 151, it's new, clean, and with great Kose products and other amenities. The bathroom was immaculate with a bathtub and toilet areas separated. For a comparable price it's the best in the area. Our stay was perfect in a triple room with enough space. JR Hammamatsucho stop is about a 10 minute walk. You can walk to Tokyo Tower, you can even walk to Tsujiki if you like to walk. There is a good yakitori place nearby Masuya and there is a fun izakaya a few blocks away ... Read more

The new annex, which opened last month - is fantastic. The English-speaking staff are very cordial and attentive, and will help you from the moment you book a room. It's so close to several stations, and if you don't mind walking - close to a lot of Tokyo tourist attractions! Perfect for short or long stays, I definitely recommend this hotel - and will be using it whenever I had business in Tokyo.

Along with my wife and 19 year old daughter we stayed in triple room for six days in August/September. We highly recommend the Shiba Park Hotel 151!! The 151 is brand new--just opening a few months ago. It is an addition to the old Shiba Park Hotel, which is behind the 151. They use the same lobby but the 151 is a totally different hotel so don't get them confused. Our room was luxurious for a Japanese hotel. Lots of room--which is unusual. A separate toilet and bath area which was super... Read more

It was nice being in a newly renovated room which was very comfortable and also a very good size by Tokyo standards. The room amenities were good. We also booked directly with the hotel and got a slight discount. Within 5 minutes of subway and about 8 minutes from Yamanote line station.

Stayed in a triple room for 4 nights with my husband and our 14-year-old. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. We actually had an older gentleman showing us our room when we first checked in and he spent 10 minutes explaining to us how to work the TV, the lights, the robes and slippers, the safe, and the kettle. Honestly I have stayed in a lot of hotels before and I have never received this kind of attentiveness. The place is quite new and everything is clean. The shower is AMAZING! Th... Read more

This hotel is in a quiet area but not far from JR/ subway. Room is small as it is normal in Japan. New building's room might be better. Breakfast is ok, good to have it included. There is a limousine bus stop in front of the hotel if you come from Narita airport.

We recently stayed twice at Shiba Park Hotel 151 and found it to be excellent on both occasions. The staff were friendly and very helpful (special thanks to Yuka, Mr Abe and Mr Manmi) and the location was nearby to good restaurants and subway lines, making getting around very easy. We especially enjoyed our cultural activity of an origami class with Yuka who was a very kind and patient teacher! Highly recommended. Rooms on upper floors of main building were more spacious and well appointed.

We stayed at the Shiba Park 151 on the last stage of our tour of Japan for five nights. It is quite a modern hotel with a new feel about it. I think this part of the hotel had only been open for several months. Check in was quick and efficient and the porter took our bags to the room on the 5th floor. The room and the bathroom were both spacious and the bed was a very good king size. The bathroom had all the things a good bathroom should have. Looking out of the window we were surrounded by o... Stayed here for five nights on our first leg of holiday in Tokyo. We have two children (8 and 5) and requested for an extra bed. Totally blown away by the service from check in. Receptionist brought us up to the room and went through the list of amenities. Gave the kids each an origami toy.

We loved the newly presented Shiba Park Hotel 151. The rooms are light and airy with refined light wood fittings and subtly toned carpeting. The bathroom was immaculate. The room size is larger than many Tokyo hotels. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Our long flight arrived at Tokyo at an unusually early hour and we very much appreciated being given our room on arrival well before standard check-in time. The hotel is conveniently located in an area of Tokyo that has everything a tour... Read more

We booked a comfort triple room for 5 nights. Everything in the room was perfectly arranged so we can share the space in the room comfortably. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as there are many restaurants and convenient store in this area. Also we really enjoyed the Tokyo tower view days and nights by walking just a few minutes from the hotel.

I have tied hard to find something wrong with this hotel and have not been able to find it. The hotel is new, opened in August 2016 so not only is it clean all the services are state of the art. The room is a good size by Tokyo standards with comfortable beds linens and pillows. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone!
