I stayed for 6 weeks, and it was really perfect. From the location to the staff to the cleanliness of the room, it was really everything I needed. I'm usually in Tokyo for 6 months of the year, so for extended stays this will be excellent.

Love the hotel. Good value with great service. All the staff were friendly and helpful with a fair number able to speak English. We had two rooms and though they were not large, they were very well and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you might require, even a washing machine and microwave oven . Only con is the distance from the nearest metro station, not very far but may be daunting after a long day of walking. May be a problem for people with issues with walking. Finding good f... Loved this hotel excellent service, Located in a very convenient, central part of the city, providing easy access to all the highlights of Tokyo. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and all the staff very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Roppongi Hotel S in their 'patio room'. Note there is only one patio room in their hotel. And I loved it! I want to say one thing off the top the room is small at approximately 27 sqm however this is mentioned on their website. I was prepared for this, so I got what I expected. The room is their top 6th floor. The room was quiet The staff were friendly, the wifi was excellent ! I booked a package that included a vegetarian breakfast. The vegetarian breakfast did include (... Read more

Had a *wonderful* stay at Roppongi Hotel S, however thought it was important to point out pros/cons (so travelers are aware of what they are getting themselves into). Pros First: Service at Roppongi Hotel was absolutely awesome. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasurable one. Our room, though very cramped and tired looking, was spotlessly clean The amenities provided in the room were great. Lots of little extras that you wouldn't expect Location was key. Just a shor... The hotel is located at Nishiazabu crossing almost next door to Gopachi the iconic restaurant. Easiest way to get there from Narita is limobus to Grand Hyatt and then either walk 10 mins or take a taxi - Y720. The hotel is japanese style western - western beds, TV with cable *only 3 english channels, wet room bathroom with small bath/shower. Did not try breakfast but dinner was good (I had the pork). Did have a little bit of road noise as my room faced roppongi dori. Great staff - super hel... Read more

Nice little boutique hotel close to Roppongi Hills and Mid Town. Also a fantastic location for subway, bus and taxis, all in just 10-15 min walking distance. The room is small but clean, perfectly equipped with refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, tea kettle, cutlery and etc. Bathroom is small but also clean with nice little bath tub. (The corridors are a bit spooky though). Front desk staffs are really nice and helpful, I actually experienced a loss of very important thing in the taxi but the... Read more

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast make this place worth staying a couple of nights. There's not much of a view as others have stated... But its close to restaurants, nightlife and public transit, which is nice when your eyes are on fire and you can't sleep at 03:30. A solid place for a layover or a couple of days stay in Tokyo.

This hotel is really rather expensive for what it is. It is in a decent place, clean and, while well appointed, the room was actually pretty small. The staff were pleasant enough but breakfast was pretty limited (even for Japan) given the price you pay for it. It would have been nice for someone to have cooked the eggs freshly rather than just having the buffet sitting in the eternal breakfast tray slowly curling and sweating.

Great little boutique hotel close to Roppongi Hills and the most upscale part of Roppongi. Staff was great and most spoke English very well. Rooms are pretty small, but laid out well. Beds are very comfortable. Of note, subays are 10-15 minutes by foot away. A number of spots nearby for dinner. Best way to get here from Narita Airport is by the Shuttle Bus. Not that fast, but right outside airport door and drops off a 10 minute walk from the Grand Hyatt hotel.
