This was my first visit to a Unizo property and at first I was a little taken back by the basic amenities of the property, however, this is a business hotel and not a 4 or 5 star and that is what needs to be remembered. The rooms are small however they are functional in that they provide a restful place after a busy day of meetings. Wifi is good, better than some 4 star places I have stayed. I found the pillow to be too low and no option for others, the bed although small was comfortable. My ... Read more

Stayed in a single bed room for 10 nights. Hotel in a business district. 5 mins walking distance to the nearest JR Station. Room is small but clean. Once you open a large hardcover suitcase, there is no space to walk. Bathroom is small. It even has a small bathtub. At my time of stay, the hotel still use LAN cable in the room. Breakfast is the same everyday. Many types of hot & cold beverages to choose. Many eateries around the area.

Even with the window open all night, my hair and clothes all stank of smoke within hours.... Read more

This hotels is right at the heart of Shinbashi, a few minutes walk from the station which is convenient. the breakfast is great for a business hotel too, the room was small and simple, but clean. would recommend it for lower budget - lower mid range stays.

This hotel is located a stones throw from Shimbashi station and is surrounded by Japanese bars and restaurants . It has a great restaurant and I love the breakfast spread which is usually repetitive but great as finding a reasonable hotel in japan which serves breakfast japan is rare at a good price .
