I stayed in this hotel on the way back from Asia on a business trip. Having just had a pretty bad experience with a hotel in Korea, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked into this room. The room was a bit on the small side but was very well appointed and exceptionally clean and well thought out. The breakfast was different; choice of breads (for toasting), hard boiled egg, lettuce, ham and potato salad.

My wife and I stayed here to visit her relatives nearby and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and convenience since this hotel is, by Tokyo standards, very affordable. It's largely a business hotel and is quite small, we ate breakfast at the bakery where you get a voucher which was very nice, though a little limited. However the hotel entrance is right next to a large shopping area in Tachikawa station with a fruit shop opposite and a Kinokuniya supermarket nearby so there's no problem... Read more

Hotel is very convenient , Train station is right outside the second floor 0 min walk . The free meals were great , water and snack provided per day . The station itself has a full range of dining and shopping steps away from the hotel . Only one drawback was no direct Airport bus to Narita , but many transportation options including , Chuo train service , local buses and taxi right outside the 1st level . Perfect for Adult couples or business travel as the surrounding area is all adult oriented... Read more

I stayed here on a business trip at the recommendation of a Japanese colleague. This hotel is co-located with the JR East train station at Tachikawa. It is on the Chuo line, which can get you to Tokyo Station. The hotel is owned by a company owned by JR. It turned out great. Dozens of food locations in the station, which is clean and well-lit. The hotel provides breakfast vouchers good at 3 restaurants at the station. They also provided us with 4,000 yen of vouchers for any purchase at a store ... Read more

We stayed here for several nights visiting friends and family. This is a clean, efficient and modern hotel with helpful and polite staff and an excellent location. The breakfast options are Caslon, Beck's coffee shop or an udon restaurant. We tried to get into Beck's but it was full each time we tried, and Caslon had a limited choice. I didn't fancy udon for breakfast, but you do get a good choice of places. We chose the business package ( Japanese hotels love giving you a choice of packages... Read more
