I stayed here with my husband, it was a nice hotel, clean, good price, top location. Ginza district is very nice, lots of stores, during weekends the street is only for pedestrians. Small room, no closet just a place to put your suitcase and hang a few things. The bathroom was very good, enough space there. Good for bussiness travelers.

We wanted to book somewhere near the Ginza for a couple of nights before moving on to other parts. I booked well in advance but was restricted to small rooms and noted we would be happy to pay for larger accommodation when we arrived if available. When we arrived I mentioned this at booking in and was shown a page with some photos on it and was pointed to a better room's pic. It was terrible - postage stamp size, mattress on the floor (no not futon) and a single stool 12 inches high to sit on... Read more

Good hotel ,centrally situated and generally good facilities. As with other hotels we used in Japan - only very limited hanging space and drawers( 2 very small). It appears the Japanese live out of their suitcases?

My husband and I stayed there for a few nights. The room was small however this is typical with Japanese hotels. The bathroom was nice and our room was cleaned daily. The magnetic "please make up room" and "do not disturb" signs were a convenient touch. Buffet breakfast was good for around $15 per person. They held onto our bags after checkout which was lovely and confirmed our airport transfer with us. Although speaking basic Japanese helped us there as English was not understood very well by... An excellent location for first-time visitors to Tokyo is the Hotel Gracery Ginza, a short walk from the Nairita bus stop at Ginza Station (take this bus from the airport), the hotel rooms are tiny but very well thought out with everything where it needs to be. My room had a massage cushion, handphone charger by the bed, fridge, trouser press and everything else I could think of. There was a shower over the bath (bath salts included). Staff are friendly but don't expect fluent English. There is ... Read more

Three night stay. Superb staff, room and breakfast buffet. Numerous public transportation options. Japan Rail stations, several subway stations/lines and bus stop within easy walking distance. Not flexible on check in or out times. Will store bags if you arrive early. Will charge an hourly rate if you want to check out late.

Reading the reviews here on tripadvisor, I knew what to expect and most reviews were spot on. The hotel is walkable from the Tokyo Station --which is where the Aeroport Limoussine Bus drops you off and many trains and subways stop here)approximately 1/2hour walk). The hotel is very close to many other subway stops (ie. Ginza, Higashi-Ginza, Shimbashi) but I was afraid of using the subways and wanted something close to the action. The hotel is right off one of the main streets in the Ginza--rig... Read more

The location of this hotel is spot-on. Whether you look for food or some shopping, all is there. The rooms are quite tiny though. But the good news is that the room comes fully equipped: modern toilet, bathtub, hairdryer, fridge, and many other small electronics that I can't even say what is their purpose. I would give a 4/5 for solo travel, but the room was really quite tiny for two.

Ladies floor highly recommended for female travellers (men strictly not allowed). Floor is quiet and room is spacious (relatively speaking for hotels in Japan), and stocked with amenities such as facial cleanser and masks (DHC brand). There is even a massage machine on the sofa, and a face steamer. Quite impressed! Superb location with convenient stores and so many restaurants nearby - there's even a Tommy Bahama (bar included!) right on ground level. Ginza station is only a 4 minute walk away.... Read more

Stayed for 3 nights, hotel was easy to find, one block back from a main shopping strip in Ginza. Friendly staff, clean hotel - however the rooms are very small. Luckily we were out and about all day until late at night and only spent time in the room to shower and sleep! Great location for coffee shops (proper coffee!), shopping (mid range to high end) and restaurants and bars in the back streets of Ginza. Oh and transport! Only 2 blocks away from Ginza subway which was fantastic for trips to to... Read more

Decent hotel: the location is great, near the main shopping streets and close to the subway; room was very small and was a little flavorless in terms of design; it was however very clean, had decent electronic equipment and a good bed; bathroom is a little old fashioned but fit for purpose; I repeatedly had problems connecting to the wifi, which was very annoying, also the room was missing a safe, which I would have expected to find; service was ok, but on occasions they struggled to answer our ... We had four days here. Rooms not large, but quite adequate and well laid out. Staff very helpful. Quiet, clean, well located and a well run hotel. Would stay here again. Hotel is in a good location only 10 min walk from tube stations, and from the airport bus. Lots of shops around the hotel, places to eat, Ginza night life, yet very quiet at the hotel itself. Also close to some beautiful parks (15 min walk).

We were very comfortable throughout our three night stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the room was extremely nice and very clean. The entrance area was very beautiful as well. The room had a ton of amenities set out, such as slippers, toothbrush / toothpaste, and even a massaging pillow. The room was small compared to American hotel rooms, but seemed on par with other Japanese hotels. The location was also great, as it was very close to the Ginza metro stop, and right in the h... This was my first visit to Tokyo and I was looking for a mid budget hotel in a central location. The first thing that strikes one is the friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff. They also helped orient us to what's where and where's what. Rooms are small. What does one expect where real estate in Ginza is at a premium? However, the room is well designed and adequate for one's needs. Loved the high tech toilets in the bathroom that double as douche and bidet. Heated seat, of course!... Read more

This hotel is in the Ginza area which is really central and great for shopping. The room was compact but really lovely and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. It was surprisingly quiet between rooms and only slight noise from outside - I am a light sleeper and it wasn't disturbing. There were lovely 'touches' in the bathroom and all facilities were clean and comfortable. I can't comment on the cost as this was part of a tour i was on. I'd certainly go again.

First thing is it is really convenient place if you choose to go shopping in Tokyo. It is within walking distance to Ginza shopping area. At the lobby they have a coffee room where you can make free espresso whenever you like. Room is too small though. But that's what it usually is in Tokyo
