Extremely delighted that I selected DaiIchi Annex for stay in Tokyo, well appointed rooms within the vicinity of all amenities/ eateries etc. The hotel is directly connected to Shimbashi station can be reached without changing train from airport. Ginza is walking distance and well connected by Metro to all major landmarks. Hotel itself is very comfortable and all employees are English speaking. They were very welcoming and always ready to help.

I spent few days in Dai-Ich hotel annex for a business trip. Rooms are clean adn quiet. Wifi is really efficient. location of the hotel is perfect for business area and train access. Then, the hotel is really closed to the Imperial park which is really convenient for running.

My room was a two double bed room, and the people in the front desk were really friendly. It was my second time going to this hotel. The staff in the hotel was really polite. I will use the hotel again for sure.

I returned to this hotel after my first trip about 25 years ago. I found the hotel well maintained, clean and reasonable priced. My surprise was that the hotel staff still remember my name and my preference for the daily newspapers. I could not find this type of service anywhere ...

breakfast had a lot of Japanese dishes, nice to explore. decent amount of continental as well! location is just perfect, you see the bullet and other trains passing just infront of you but no noise! rooms are bit small compared to Asian ones!

Stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to our car rental return location, and also for the airport limousine shuttle bus service. Room is quite small , and no idea why they place a massage chair in there leaving barely any space to walk Décor of the room is abit old . But the bed is comfy & hotel staff are friendly and prompt to assist . Location is good , the Ginza corridor was right in front , plenty of food choices

It's been two years since we last stayed at Dai-Ichi and its ranking has dropped quite a bit. After our one night stay this time, it is not hard to see why. The main problem is the noise as it is located directly opposite elevated rail tracks. While trains are infrequent after midnight, during the day and evening Japanese trains run every few minutes. Daytime nap or a sleep-in is impossible. It is also an OLD hotel and all the facilities and amenities reflect that. From the old shower cubic... Read more

Hotel is comfortable, room was larger than what I was expecting, excellent wifi connection, staff is friendly with acceptable English skills, restaurant met my needs and within 10 minutes walking distance of the Tokyo station. Explored the Ginza district directly to the East and was impressed. Great first experience with a wonderful city.

‚??This is the worst hotel I have ever been!‚?? Worst hotel I stayed at in all of japan. I am 100% sure that I requested a non-smoking room. I was assigned a room and was horrified the moment I entered, the stink almost took my breath. I went to the lobby and complained immediately and was told "sorry, there are no non-smoking rooms available". If I need a Non Smoking room I need to upgrade and pay 80000 Yen extra REALLY!!!!!! In this price I can stay in any good hotel I want so why at your stu... Read more

Stayed 3 nights and looked to extend 1 more night because of a severe typhoon had hit Tokyo causing many of the trains out of service. The response of the hotel was to not be helpful or show concern but to up the room rate more than ¥10,000 ! Absolutely disgusting. Even when calling and explaining there was a rate of around 45% cheaper through the Internet.. The attitude was and I quote "you'd better book through them then"! No concern whatsoever for the fact that we might be stranded in Toky... Read more
