This hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the JR station. I kept my luggage at the hotel the other day and have a day trip to matsushima. When I returned to the sendai station, it took me about 8 mintues to go back to get my luggages and return to the station for the Shinkansen. Its location is convenient, especially if you know how to walk through the JR station underground via the food street. It is a trendy hotel. My room has a big bathroom, but it is only marginal for 3 persons. Even the res... Read more

This Hotel didn't pop up until I found it in the "famous" travel guide. It is new, has a decent black design and is just THE super value close to the train station. Most amazing - the check-in and check-out automatic machines one could use (but doesn't have to). Friendly staff with was helpful for restaurant reservation. The rooms are fairly sized for Japanese scale but have a large washing/bathing area with the newest Toto washlet models which give you an experience on its own. Breakfast is als... Read more

A good business hotel close to the station - no complaints at all really. If I were to be picky the breakfasts on offer were pretty basic and not designed for non Japanese visitors. Would I go back - yes

As mentioned by other reviewers, the bathroom is unbeatable! The toilet is separated from the bath area with a glass door. Within the the bath area, there is a bathtub and a wash area that allows one to seat, just like those in onsens! The room is small as usual in Japan, with a very narrow passage in from the main door. Good view of Sendai Station from the side. Location wise, just a couple of minutes walk from Sendai Station. Parking is chargeable and subject to availability. Would have been ... Read more

The location is great! 5 minutes walking distance from Sendai Station, and around it, you can find restaurants, supermarket, drug stores, very convenient! Also, Japanese hotel usually comes with a small bathroom, which sometimes you can't even open up the arms. But you will sure find yourself very comfortable here! It has an open space shower with a tub, which is almost the same size as the room!

We booked this hotel fairly last minute, it was by far the best value hotel, however, it's not got a budget or chain feel at all. I would definitely stay here again. A key highlight for me was the massive bath and bathroom. The bathroom was basically the same size as the actual room! We stayed in room 516, if the hotel staff are reading this, I'm not sure the fridge is working/on?! In a nutshell, I would recommend this hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near the Sendai Station, literally 5 minutes walk. The staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, speak decent English and are willing to help. They gave me clear and precise directions to the Nikka factory. The room wasn't big, but it was absolutely enough for one person. The window was extremely small and provided no light, but that depends on the type of room you chose. It wasn't a problem for me as I only spent the nights there. The bathroom was ... Read more

The facilities are very clean and newish. The location is across from Sendai station 5 minute walk, close to many malls and Sendai castle. The buffet is good and staff very helpful and nice. Also has self laundry including detergent in house...three washers and driers. Very nice 3.5-4 star hotel with shiseido shampoo, conditioner , and body wash. Attached in ground floor is a 24-hr familymart. Many restaurants nearby in malls and at station as well.

Conveniently located across the street from the station. The rooms are roomy especially the bathroom - you don't have to shower over the sink. The rooms have an air filter so no cigarette smell. Family Mart is connected to the lobby so you can quickly grab something you forgot or a snack.

Sendai Washington is conveniently located near Sendai station. The WiFi is fast and a boon for business travellers. There is a convenience store located just next to the hotel lobby. There is also convenient ironing board in the room. Ample space for storage on the clothes rack. I liked the quiet and efficient ambiance. The hotel reception has English speaking staff. The card key system is modern and a breeze. The checkout was fast and hassle less.

Just a few minutes walk from Sendai Station, this hotel is relatively new and has nice rooms. Very clean everywhere and offers free WiFi. Great bathrooms with a separate shower and tub section. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. Many shops and restaurants all over near-by.
