It take about 5 minute to get to the hotel by walking. Hotel is nerby the department store and shopping area. I made reservation on hotel offical website in a time-sale price, the room couldn't be designated for smoking or non-smoking. The service counter don't provide service of mailing postcard for guest.

Another too hot hotel in Japan in winter time. Why does it have to be 25 degrees inside when it is 7 degrees outside and I cannot open the window???? Apart from this the hotel is fine. Room big enough, bathroom ok and as usual everywhere perfectly clean.

Stayed here two nights on business. Price seems fair but I did not pay myself. Hotel is modern and clean and located a few minutes' walk from Sendai Station. My room was a non smoking room which I appreciate but near the elevators smokers will find a smoking cabin. Breakfast is adequate and the security level seems high.

The hotel is around the corner from the station. You can walk on the pedestrian deck and get to the entrance without going down to the street level when you exit the station. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable. There is a great onsen (bath) on one of the upper floors of the hotel which guests can use free of charge. There is also a sauna. It was very relaxing to get into the onsen after a walk in the cold. Unlike in other places in Japan, there is a strict policy on smoking in place, whi... Read more

This hotel was in a fantastic location - directly opposite the Shinkansen station - which was very handy for our two day trips from Sendai. The room was clean and modern but very very small. The bathroom was also tiny - so much so that the shower curtain could not be drawn completely because the sink protruded well over the bath. The staff were friendly but spoke almost no English. However, I would stay there again - simply because of the great location.

Efficient and well-located business hotel in Sendai, very close to the train station and not far from the metro station either, also close to the main commercial area. The hotel in on the top 6 floors of a tall building, with the reception located on the second floor. Walking from the station to the hotel is not too pleasant because they are completing the walkway from the station and there is a noisy building site right in front of the hotel, but there is no noise in the rooms, at least those f...
