Sapporo Tobu Hotel's restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. The hotel serves buffet breakfasts each morning in the restaurant (surcharges apply). Complimentary high-speed (wired) Internet access is available in public areas. The property has 160 square meters of event space consisting of banquet facilities and a meeting/conference room. Guest parking is limited, and available on a limited first-come, first-served basis (surcharge). Additional property amenities include a coffee shop/café, ski storage, and laundry facilities.

252 guestrooms at Sapporo Tobu Hotel feature hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. Refrigerators and minibars are offered.

Notifications and Fees:

• Guests under 15 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property.
• All guests staying in hotel guestrooms must be registered with the hotel.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Self parking fee: JPY 1500 per night (a different rate applies for extended parking)
• Fee for high-speed Internet (wired) in business center: JPY 100 (for 10 minutes, rates may vary)
