A great experience in a great place !! I choose an highest floor to get the view and the skyline of Osaka was terrific!! For lunch, you have the choice with several restaurants (French, italian...) I decided to go to japanese restaurant and quality/ services were perfect I spend a great time in this hotel with a high level of services. Don't hesitate to go there !!!

I work in sports industry so travel a lot globally. Went to Japan for a Tennis tournament and stayed in Osaka even though the matches were in Kobe. First of all I love Japan and Japanese people and their beautiful manners. The check in was smooth, hotel had keys rather than cards and hence had the old world charm which I personally love. Located in central Osaka. i lost my keys and they were very helpful. Going there gain in December and will be staying here again no doubt.

I have stayed here many times before and really like the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the staff are very helpful. I just wish the breakfast wasn't so expensive and it is confusing as sometimes it is included in the room rate and others it i not.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in my life as the room/toilet and shower is huge, the beds are comfy, and the view is spectacular from the room on the 26th floor (if I'm not mistaken). The breakfast is quite good too!

My first time visiting this Hotel. The hotel situated in nice and convenience location very near to Osaka station with lots of Department stores and plazas including numerous good restaurants. The hotel is luxurious even she is not quite new but very good keeping and clean. The room is very comfortable especially the bed. I have booked the corner city room which the view is very good. Really lovely hotel where staff go out of their way to help. We only stayed one night but wish it had been longer. It definitely isn't the cheapest but worth it. The rooms are really big for Japan and the breakfast was incredible! If we find ourselves in Osaka again would definitely come back.

We got a great deal from American Express and decided to spoil ourselves on our Osaka trip. The room was a little on the dark side but other than that, I have nothing bad to say about the room. It was huge and luxurious. Room service was good. From start to finish, we had a fabulous stay. But I think the best asset of the hotel is the staff. Everybody was courteous, helpful and always willing to help. So far, they have the best concierge I have encountered. We have been emailing the concierge fo... Read more

Like other Ritz Carlton hotels, you will receive excellent service, great rooms and a quiet atmosphere. My room was huge, by any standard, and well appointed. By design or because it was not upgraded, you still receive a key on a large fob which you drop off at the front desk when you leave, which gives you a nice, old European feel. The Ritz is situated about 5/7 min walk from Osaka station. It's decorated in a Victorian style. The hotel lobby was very busy as it was filled with many kimono clad graduating students who were having a party in the hotel ballroom. The rooms were well appointed and I couldn't ask for more. A delightful surprise were the pajamas that were provided daily. Comfortable room though a wee tight on space with a rollaway tucked to the window's edge.

True to its tagline, Ritz Carlton Osaka service is par excellence. The attention to details and anticipating guest needs is evident from the minute you enter the hotel. The hotel's location is also central and close to JR Osaka Train station. Ask for Junka Noda-san, staff from Front Desk, she is very helpful.

Was staying at the Ritz for a friends birthday and definitely worth the splurge! We were staying in the deluxe corner room that had stunning views of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the big bath was perfect to relax after climbing Mt Fuji - it was just what we needed. Staff were incredibly helpful and more than happy to help with our enquiries about Osaka recommendations and for transport back to the airport.
