A great experience in a great place !! I choose an highest floor to get the view and the skyline of Osaka was terrific!! For lunch, you have the choice with several restaurants (French, italian...) I decided to go to japanese restaurant and quality/ services were perfect I spend a great time in this hotel with a high level of services. Don't hesitate to go there !!!

I work in sports industry so travel a lot globally. Went to Japan for a Tennis tournament and stayed in Osaka even though the matches were in Kobe. First of all I love Japan and Japanese people and their beautiful manners. The check in was smooth, hotel had keys rather than cards and hence had the old world charm which I personally love. Located in central Osaka. i lost my keys and they were very helpful. Going there gain in December and will be staying here again no doubt.

I have stayed here many times before and really like the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the staff are very helpful. I just wish the breakfast wasn't so expensive and it is confusing as sometimes it is included in the room rate and others it i not.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in my life as the room/toilet and shower is huge, the beds are comfy, and the view is spectacular from the room on the 26th floor (if I'm not mistaken). The breakfast is quite good too!

We loved the opulent decor, the exquisite food at La Baie and the outstanding service. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent view. We'll definitely stay at the Ritz Carlton next time we're in Osaka ! We highly recommend it.

My first time visiting this Hotel. The hotel situated in nice and convenience location very near to Osaka station with lots of Department stores and plazas including numerous good restaurants. The hotel is luxurious even she is not quite new but very good keeping and clean. The room is very comfortable especially the bed. I have booked the corner city room which the view is very good. Services are above average but is it Ritz Carlton anyway but I might say that here the services are very friendl... Read more

lovely classical design to it , Yet my stay was far from perfect , with some shortcomings , the real issue is being over crowded With that said everything takes time , check in , check out , waiting in line to meet a concierge , etc ... I feel like being in an airport , this happened to me recently in the Shanghai branch worst of all bell desks jumping at you while in line asking " for your room number " the manner or tone it held could've lead me to the misperceptions That i needed to prov... Really lovely hotel where staff go out of their way to help. We only stayed one night but wish it had been longer. It definitely isn't the cheapest but worth it. The rooms are really big for Japan and the breakfast was incredible! If we find ourselves in Osaka again would definitely come back.

We got a great deal from American Express and decided to spoil ourselves on our Osaka trip. The room was a little on the dark side but other than that, I have nothing bad to say about the room. It was huge and luxurious. Room service was good. From start to finish, we had a fabulous stay. But I think the best asset of the hotel is the staff. Everybody was courteous, helpful and always willing to help. So far, they have the best concierge I have encountered. We have been emailing the concierge fo... Read more

An exclusive, high-end hotel with superb service and polite staff. The hotel bar and restaurant offers live music, a nice athmosphere and high quality food/drink. Great view from the hotel room. Easily accessible from the main train station, plus close to the green line subway. I will absolutely recommend this fantastic hotel (if you can afford it).

I've read all the reviews and often I'm puzzled, did these people stay in the same place I did? This place rocks- across all- from the time of arrival, check in, Ritz and Japanese what a combo- Impeccable, beautiful property, not far from Osaka station (at all)- 3 -4 minute walk. Nice sized rooms and great bath- great view-nice bed. Thank you for an amazing stay. excellent service and clean spacious well decorated rooms complete with nespresso machine and 2 sinks in bathroom! only problem is slight walk from main Osaka / Umeda station - approx 8-10mins walk (and currently area around station undergoing renovation, have to take some alternative routes, difficult to navigate without googlemaps) , but otherwise the hotel is great!

Everything you would expect and more from a Ritz Carlton hotel. Classic luxury with a really amazing view of Osaka from the room. We had a corner room on the 32nd floor. Which meant you get both sides of Osaka. Stunning by day or night. The service is impeccable. The moment you are shown to you room, the porter takes you though everything from the buttons to operate the lights to where the iron is. After staying in tradiom all Japanese style accommodations until this hotel, it was so lovel... Read more

This hotel is a pretty old hotel like 20 years history. However, the moment i stepped into, it was a truly Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Deco is very decent, furniture is luxury. The service from check in at the Front Desk to Bell service, you just feel like going back home.. even this was my first time visit. The Club Lounge is pretty crowded, however, it is still under well control. Every guests were being taken good service, and also they talked to guest. Like other Ritz Carlton hotels, you will receive excellent service, great rooms and a quiet atmosphere. My room was huge, by any standard, and well appointed. By design or because it was not upgraded, you still receive a key on a large fob which you drop off at the front desk when you leave, which gives you a nice, old European feel. The hotel is connected to a large shopping/dining underground area and also connects to Osaka Station (JR) and Umeda Station (subways) which is nice in the event... Read more

The Ritz is situated about 5/7 min walk from Osaka station. It's decorated in a Victorian style. The hotel lobby was very busy as it was filled with many kimono clad graduating students who were having a party in the hotel ballroom. The rooms were well appointed and I couldn't ask for more. A delightful surprise were the pajamas that were provided daily. Comfortable room though a wee tight on space with a rollaway tucked to the window's edge.

A classy hotel of old day charm. Formal yet relaxed. Very well décor, good ambient. Rooms are generous size, our junior suite is almost 700 sq.ft. The ante-room is larger than many hotel-rooms in Japan. Comfortable beds with highest quality Egyptian cotton. Bright/large bathroom with Italian marble, some most fluffy towels and bath robe. I recently completed a 6 night stay at the club level (last week of June). Bearing the name of Ritz Carlton and being identified as the market leader in Osaka, I came in with extremely high expectations. Overall, I was not disappointed.
