This is a business/transit style hotel close to Kansai airport, which is located on an island about 5km from the mainland. It is clean and modern, with an above-average buffet restaurant and reasonable food prices, although alcohol is expensive. There is a supermarket nearby and it is only a few minutes' stroll to a vast "outlet" store mall. A rail station is adjacent. Rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms are tiny, but comfort levels are high. Can be recommended for overnight stays but l... Read more

As part of a group tour we stayed here 1 night before our tour of Osaka commenced the next morning. Shuttle bus took us to the hotel. Check in was ok. Staff on duty at the time had very limited understanding of English.Room was good with twin beds, air conditioning worked well. However bathroom was very small, had to watch your head whilst using the toilet as the door was very close. Large supermarket across the road and a Joyful restaurant also nearby where we had dinner that night with very re... Read more

1) Their English is very poor especially for international hotel near airport. 2) All foreign guests must submit the passport and let the reception save the data in their computer system. They save your name, passport number, nationality, and so on, semi-forever. If you don't like to leave these kind of important personal data, I recommend you not to book here. I stayed with my German partner and his family and were disappointed in one reception lady's attitude. She said "If... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for one night at the beginning of our tour. After checking with front office to ensure we had a non smoking room we were allocated a room that smelt of smoke and had to request to be given a another room. The bathrooms are very small. The rooms are clean. There is a shopping centre very close with many restaurants and a food hall. There is also several supermarkets in walking distance. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods. This is a good transit hotel which is close... Read more

Stayed 2 nights pre tour. Large convention/conference style hotel. Very few facilities other than a small convenience store on L2 (no gym pool etc). Ok sized room with everything we required. Buffet dinner available in L2 restaurant, food of very average quality and nothing hot (even when supposed to be hot). Friendly helpful reception, but porterage virtually non-existent. Staff seemed to spend a lot of time standing around outside smoking and talking rather than assisting guests Very... Read more

Basic hotel. Old building. Old furnitures and carpet(?). Not much activity or places to eat around. Despite that, no significant problems with our 1 night stay. Won't stay here if I have the time to travel to the airport. Better to stay in central Osaka and travel to the airport, if you don't have an early flight. Plus points for free airport shuttle.

This hotel was used by Nexus to allow new group travellers to arrive and rest after a long flight to Japan. For those travelling from South Korea, it was a waste of time. If you wanted to shop at factory outlet stores, then you had plenty of choice at the nearby mall. Lots of eating options and two supermarkets withing a few minutes walk. Breakfast provided a very limited range of choices.

This very old and basic hotel was used for one night only, which was a good thing! The room was tiny, with very hard beds. The bathroom was modular (similar to on small ships), and you had to step up into it. The hotel is next to a hospital, so frequent sirens could be heard. A fifteen minute walk takes you to a railway station which takes you into Osaka, and there is a large shopping complex just past the station. The shopping complex closes at 8pm, so if you want to get back to the hotel,... Read more

Room was good, clean, with all the necessary amenities available. Breakfast was OK but was not overly impressed with range of selections, does have the basic western style food. Staff were OK and helpful with supplying maps, etc. There are supermarkets nearby as well as a shopping mall nearby that one can go to for shopping as well as for dinner. Location is very convenient if using the airport.

This is a typical transit hotel, guaranteed its clientel by its location which was perfect close to airport and right by the station. It was clean, the room was a larger type and consequently expensive facilities adequate, old and a little seedy but clean enough. It is in need of refurbishing with a lingering tobacco smell although a non smoking room. We spent only one night.Staff were adequate in English although unable or unwilling to answer any non standard request they were to be fair very busy a... Read more

This is an airport hotel... don't expect too much. I prefer to stay at Nikko hotel because you can literally walk out of the hotel and trip into KIX airport (1 minute walk). However, if Nikko is full, this is a good alternative. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff is attentive. They have convenient shuttles (free) to the airport (they are scheduled). It takes about 15-20 minutes.

Checked into the hotel with my wife and eldest son for one double and one single room.Considering this is an airport hotel the reception staff who booked us in didn't attempt to speak english.Knowing we were all together our rooms were on separate floors! Our room was 13000 yen and our son's was 11000 yen. Both our rooms were the same size and our three quarter sized double?? bed was pushed up to the wall and there wasn't enough room to pull it away from the wall and this meant climbing over my wi... The hotel is clean, efficient and practical proximity to Kansai Airport. Typical Japanese compartment bathroom with mandatory extra buttons on the toilet for that extra get up and go. Most Japanese hotels have a useful well stocked convenience store. Breakfast was solid array of Japanese offerings in the usual corralled tray form. Very tidy all round but a long way from Osaka city. There is a significant Outlet Shopping Mall and a huge Sports store with largest range of footwear I have seen. Th... Read more

We stayed here for one night at the end of our holiday for convenience and it offered what we needed. The shuttle bus runs every 30 mins to and from the airport and this is free no extra hidden costs. ( bus stop S12 at Kansai ask at information desk and they will show you the way) The room was fine, nothing special but we just needed somewhere to sleep. Conveniently there is a family mart store located on the 2nd floor which is open 24 hours a day so ideal if you need a bite to eat at odd times... Read more

We have booked a room on 11th floor and apart from the view only little positive could be said. The room is small. No space for more than one suitcase. No tea leafs. What you pay for is the close distance to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttlebus.

You come, you stay and you go. That's the mantra of the hotel. The rooms were nicely made up and the staff very courteous. Holding a good command of English, Japanese and Chinese (I know Chinese is not a language, but I don't know the local dialects). The hotel is 10 minutes away from the kansai airport. The shuttle bus service is smooth. The buffet breakfast can be made a little more diverse. Buffet dinner was a great spread of local dishes as well as continental dishes. The hotel lacks ... If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport when you have an early flight this hotel is great. We checked in evening before at 11 at night and had to leave at 7 in the morning. A free shuttle bus drives you there in about 10 mins. You make the reservation at check-in. Rooms are spacious and great for a good night rest before a long flight. Easy to reach when traveling by public transport.

However if you miss these times, the train station: Rinku Town is 5 minutes walk away & costs 350 yen to the airport. For Osaka it take 1.5 hours by train from this station. Free shuttle bus between airport and hotel. Check in was super easy and fast. Front desk staff were well trained. Room was clean and comfy. Convenient store right at the hotel's second floor opened 24hrs. A shopping mall and a premium outlet are within 10 mins walk. Enjoyed my one night there and would definitely choice it again in the future. *if you are leaving in the peak hours make sure you get a shuttle bus ticket from the front desk with the departure time set up.
