This is a nice little hotel with good access to both Osaka castle and Dotonbori. Both are a bit of a walk away but it's in a quiet location in the business district and about equidistance to both. Very clean and comfortable and a 7/11 across the road if you need snacks.

Probably the nicest hotel I stayed in - spacious for a Japan, with a really nice bathroom and a dual showerhead. In a quiet and convenient location - two conbini across the street, the subway station is round the corner (or maybe 10/15 minutes if you want the Midosuji line), and it's about a half hour walk to Osaka Castle. The check-in staff were lovely and had no problems at all with having my portable wifi delivered there.

the room is so big compare to other same class hotel in Japan big city. Although this hotel does not located in shopping area but the subway is 1 min away. The room is modern, new, well maintenance. Very large bathroom that hard to see in Japan

Very nice hotel with polite staff, clean rooms and a good location in a quiet office district. The hotel one of most elegant I??ve stayed. The room was spacious, classy and what??s best: quiet! The restaurant downstairs serves a decent breakfast and there were a decent selection of other restaurants in the neighbourhood. Having 7-eleven and Lawson right across the street was very convenient. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly. I??d stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was clean, showers amazing, staff very friendly and good wifi ????? the only reason I didn't give 5-stars was location. There were small nifty shops/ places to eat nearby (we found these with our phones), but not a perfect for location.

We stayed for three night over New Years and had a great stay. The room was comfortable and well equipped, very clean and with a nice sized bathroom. Everything was well cleaned and reset each day without ever infringing on our space. The bed was cozy and the excellent climate controls meant we were always comfortable. The location is nice and quiet, not too far from the subway, and there are two combinis right outside. The staff were polite and helpful with all of our queries, and their En... Read more

The hotel location near train station. The room is quite big for 2 persons. The bathroom is quite big as well. There are many restaurants near the hotel. 7-11 is just across the hotel. The price is not too expensive which is the plus as well.

After spending a week in Tokyo, I was surprised at the room size in this hotel. It's pretty spacious. We stayed here for 4 nights, the subway is just 1 min walk from the hotel and 7-11 and a supermarlet is just across the street so it's pretty convenient. We had a pocket wifi so it we didn't have any problem finding the hotel. From my experience, we had no problems with the hotel in this quiet area. We would definitely come back to the hotel if we came back again.

we choose this hotel because three reasons: location ( not in Dotonbory), and close to subway station), price and reviews. we staid in the hotel for six nights, and used Osaka a base to explore the region the room was very specious for Japan, clean and quite, and English newspaper were delivered to the room every morning, the staff were very polite and even gave us adapters for our British plugs. the area itself was very quiet and there are many restaurant around ( even that there are a bit exp... As it was conveniently located next to a subway station, we stayed here for 5 nights and used it as our base in our recent trip. We had the superior double room, which was rather spacious based on Japan standard. Service was great too. They helped us to arrange our luggage to be couriered to our hotel in Kyoto.
