Love this Hilton in Osaka. Centrally located in the heart of Osaka Umeda where everything is within touch. Regardless it's in the busy area, the guest room is extremely quiet and the bed is so comfy. Great staff at the front desk, I always greeted with warm welcome. Highly recommended staying here if you are coming to Osaka.

Check in and out are easy, location good, close to rail station and subway, lots of shopping with the underground city. Easy to move around. Local food are fantastic, people are very friendly and helpful.

Being right across from the Osaka station this hotel is perfectly located. The positives are that the staff speak great English and the rooms are nicely spaced. A few issues do exist, one being that the included breakfast charges $10 for a single 10oz Coke. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable, but I understand they are standard for Japan.

This hotel is located near the train station. Hotel is located downtown. So there are plenty of places to eat. There are shuttle busses you can take from both the ICN airport as well as Haneda airport which makes it very easy to get to and from the hotel.

I stayed here as my first stop in Japan and enjoyed my stay. The hotel was well situated near Osaka station, which meant easy access to many places around Osaka and beyond. Check in was quick and the front desk staff were always polite and attentive. As I entered into my room, the room was spacious and the fittings well maintained. The only set back is that the mini fridge was malfunctioning and was pumping out a good amount of heat. From what I heard, this is a common problem. The hotel... Read more

It's been a few years since I've stayed at this hotel but I was very pleased with the continued excellent service, updated rooms and terrific location for both business meetings and sightseeing. The connection to KIX and rail station means never rushing to flights or appointments.

Stayed a couple nights in December on a quick trip to Japan. If you arrive at the Shin Osaka you can get there 2 ways- one by taxi or take a local train to the main Osaka station then walk across the street. Staff here are great and ready to help in a moments notice- staff at the club lounge are also very helpful. Room itself was the smallest I had encountered in my travels in Japan but it was clean and had everything you needed. When your looking at places to stay in Osaka being close ... Read more

We have added over 60,000 yen to stay in this luxury king executive suite for two night. It has large living room, oversized bedroom and walk-in wardrobe. We enjoy the empty swimming pool. And there is hot spring/sauna in fitness center. There is a wide range of selection in breakfast. I like the organic product section. They packed up everything at 10am. I managed to get two plate of food with the help of the staff when I arrived at 9:55am. The executive lounge has too many business people. I d... Read more

Location is good and there are some airport bus directly depart from the Hotel. As diamond member we checked in on the 32nd floor which has a nice view and the staff were very nice and caring. Our room was upgraded and it was very spacious. We will come back when we are in osaka again.

The greatest thing about Hilton Osaka is its location. Step out the door and the Nishi-Umeda train station is just right there. Cross the street and you're in a mall. The interior is also nice. The room looks like a modern, luxury hotel but given a touch of traditional Japanese style with the shÅ?ji window. The elevator walls have wooden panels--adds a more luxurious feel! The staff are very nice and warm. We had access to the executive lounge and the staff are very helpful. The only thing th... Read more
