This hotel is easy access to Osaka Station via a small mall. Good if it rains or during the winter. The small mall is full of Japanese restaurants and convenience stores. I tried a few restaurants and they are good. You will have a lot more options in Osaka Station itself. It is a good idea not to include breakfast in your booking but to go to many cafes in the station itself. There are also big department stores in Osaka Station such as Diamaru. Avoid smoking floor. It's about 200-300 metres to... Read more

Good location, just a 10 minute walk from the Osaka JR Station and subway, in a quiet area. Clean and comfortable rooms with all the facilities that you need. Polite and efficient staff, good d├ęcor and a great value for money buffet breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.

This is a fairly standard international hotel but it is an easy place to stay and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. It is in an excellent location, only a couple of minutes walk from the main station area.

We stayed on the 29th of October for 2 nights. Travelled with 2 young kids age of 5 and 2. Room was booked by agency, so we got checked into a triple room. i requested for a different room type which is smaller but they told they can't as it was fully booked. After we go up to the floor, we know straight away that it is a smoking floor and even worst in the small tiny room. Why do they allocate a family to a smoking room? Request for a room move again but unsuccessful. So my wife has to spray a... Read more

Modern hotel ideal for a short stay. Rooms very small - would suggest twin rather than double ( bed is not a double bed but twin room is larger). I thought I had experienced small rooms in Paris but this was small even by Paris standards!. However location is great, easy access to train, great selection of food in small mall beside hotel. Staff very friendly and breakfast was standard fare. We got limousine bus from airport. Despite some previous reviews, the bus is at stop no. 4 not 5 outside t... Read more

This hotel is located 5 mins from Umeda station. I took the limo bus from KIX and the bus stop is 2 blocks from the hotel. Just go across the street and down the block and it is on the corner. Nice rooms and staff. To get to the station, just head east thru a nice mini mall with a lot of restaurants and stores and cross the street and you are at Umeda station, where the loop line, subway and other train lines depart. The station has restaurants, shops and department stores. The room was sma... Read more

Very nice hotel close to Osaka station - very convenient to those who continue their trip by train. Rooms are small as in every hotel that we stayed in Japan, but everything else is great. Very clean room and nice bathroom with all the accessories ( shiseido body soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, combs, q-tips and more) that you can imagine. Also as almost in every hotel in Japan the toilet bowl is equipped with bidet which we loved) They also provide kimonos/pajamas and slippers. We asked for higher... Read more

This hotel is very close to Osaka station. It was clean and well maintained. A semi double bed was fine, even for two six footers. The only downside was the tiny room - nowhere to put luggage. If you want a room to do nothing other than sleep in this hotel is fine.

This hotel was in a fantastic location. Very close to Osaka train station. Beds were hard but rooms were spacious. We had 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 teen kids. Our room was on the side with the train tracks so was noisy but the kids didn't hear them from the other side of the hall so I would recommend you request a room with city view rather than train track view. Lots of restaurants nearby also.
