This hotel is in a central location in the heart of shopping district of Osaka. A 5 minute walk to metro station and a 30 minute walk to Namba Kintetsu train station. There are shops and eateries everywhere. The hotel is clean and appropriately stocked with shampoo, hair conditioning, tooth brush, tooth paste and brushes. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some speak good English. I really enjoyed the stay.

I booked this hotel on recommendation from a friend who told us the location is good and near to Shinsaibashi. Its true, its only 5 mins walk away and you'd reach the busy shopping street. But the hotel is located in a quieter area and the whitish lightings in the hotel didn't make the place look very welcoming. We particularly dislike the double bed, which is only good for one person, two person have to squeeze. They should really indicate that their economy double is for one person, not two.... Read more

Our first impressions of the hotel was certainly less than ideal, when we arrived to a lobby that had lingering smells of cigarette smoke. We had arrived before the check-in time, and somehow our reservations were mixed up, and there were no non-smoking room available. The staff who attended to us was the most unresponsive and unfriendly one that we had met throughout our entire Japan trip. Our queries were mostly responded with yes/no or an expressionless face. Thankfully, when we returned bac... Read more

This is one of the cheaper end of hotels around the area. Its proximity to Shinsaibashi shopping arcade makes it a good location for those who loke to explore the area on foot. The decor is typical minimalist business hotel. Looks like something came out from 70-80s. So if you're looking for something more stylish, look away and pay more. Our room window was facing an alley adjacent to another building so no view at all.

Friendly and english speaking staff. Rooms was large for japanese standards. The bathroom a bit outdated but clean and functional. The price was very reasonable for the time (flowerblossom festival). If you are looking for a central room in a hotel for sleeping this is a good choice. For long holidays maybe not. There are a few breakfast and dinner opportunities around but in 20 min per foot or per metro you are pretty much anywhere in the city. It is within 5 min from different metro lines, so... Read more

My husband and I booked the non-smoking Double Room. It was small but I already expected that of Japanese hotel rooms. Besides, my husband and I weren't going to spend much time in our room anyway. It was dated but it was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great. It was very close to Shinsaibashi shopping area, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and a 10 to 15-minute walk to Dotonburi. It was also close to Nagahoribashi Station and Shinsaibashi Station. We ... Read more
