We stayed here in April for one night as a base for our short stay in Osaka. The hotel was very close to the station which is great and check in was quick and painless. We were on the 10th floor with a small double room. This was one of our more cheap hotels in Japan and unfortunately it showed a little. The beds were hard and we weren't given many pillows. It was also a little bit unclean, slightly dusty with the bathroom being a bit "grotty". That said there was a slot of street noise whi... Read more

Hotel was not that clean and was rather small compared to Tokyo hotel that I stayed. My friend and I even got bitten by bugs. This season, the air-con was not on and we have to open the windows and of cos it was noisy during the night. Therefore, we could not rest well. However, the services provided by the staff was excellent and the location was convenient.

I'm a fairly easy going traveller and not bothered by the small room sizes as I expected this in Japan. The room itself was fine, clean, tidy and somewhat modern (bathroom slightly dated but clean) what did bother me was the rock hard bed to sleep on. I've slept in comfier beds at worse hotels.

Good location, subway station with elevator is outside their door. One of the Toyoko inn was next door. Offer the same size room but less than half of the price. The hotel location is close to Osaka Castle by walk. We walked to the castle in the morning. Only stay there one night. Clean level is ok. Everything is supper small.

Good location and only 5 mins to subway, staff are helpful and professional. It was good to have free hot spring after a long day walk in Osaka. However, the room is not that clean in certain area which we don't really use, ie dusty at the back of the door on the floor, dusty at the back of the tv etc. Bed is comfee, bathroom is clean.

I booked the room for 2 nights of Non Smoking room because I am allergic with cigarette smoke. The front desk reserve the Smoking room for us. After telling the front desk that I can't smell the cigarette smoke, he still sent me to Smoking Floor. The whole days, I have problem recover with the cigarette allergic. The front desk told me that in order for me to get Non Smoking room, I have to pay 3000 yen per day. The room here not cheap with the quality that the hotel gave to guests. The mat... Read more

Myself and my husband are by no means tall but this hotel was way to small for us!! You literally could not open your suitcase on the floor you had to set it on the bed to access it! The hotel & rooms seemed modern enough with the added bonus of the hot indoor Onsen which was great after a long day walking the streets of Osaka. House keepers where knocking on your door constantly every 15 mins from 8am which is highly frustrating whilst on holiday then after the hour they would open the door an... Read more

For business travelers or vacationers on a budget, you could do worse than this hotel. The best feature is the full hot spring bath in the basement. The rooms themselves are clean and new looking, if quite small. The staff doesn't speak fluent English, but with the number of foreign guests they handle, they have learned to get by.
