We were treated to outstanding service, food, and accomdations. Even though it was after the lifts closed, there were plnty of Ecotourism adventures to be had (e.g.fishing, hiking and rafting) It was out first time there and definitely wont be our last!

As it's not winter season, there isn't much activities during this period of the year. There is an outdoor & an indoor onsen. However the size of the oven want really that good. However you can get a view nice view of the mountains. There are some restaurants and pubs at Niseko Village but it's only open till 9pm

We're not big fans of snow, but our stay here turned out to be relaxing and great. This hotel has a nice onsen overlooking beautiful snow scenery. It is one of the thing we look forward each day. The hotel was a bit pricey and room was quite small, breakfast was extra and dinner was also quite expensive. We still love the place and if you're a ski lover, this hotel is located right in front of the ski lift

I am literally crazy about Hilton Niseko. Their service is simply world class. We were treated like royals. Helpful & friendly staff who will address your needs before you say them out loud! In addition, their buffet spread for dinner & breakfast was simply irresistible. If you arrive at the beginning of meal times, you will have to wait in line. There wasn't any more queue past 15 mins. Plus the chefs are always replenishing the food. Lastly, I love their mineral-rich outdoor onsen which overlo... Read more

Stayed there mid March through a Japanese airline tour booking (much cheaper than if you book directly). Although the snow - if not, what are you there for in winter ?- was a bit hard, we still enjoyed it very much, one reason being this hotel with its direct connection by a gondola to the mountain slopes! Great food (although a bit pricey) ! Great onsen (Japanese public bath, not for the shy ones) even one outside (rotenburo) with a nice view on a pond! Great sleep! And if you are lucky, Great ... it has very good deals for low and off season where you get a whole package. transfers to hirafu village are available regularly and on time. having the gondola right at your doorstep is the best thing. rooms are small but functional. there are no connecting rooms in the entire hotel so for families it's a bother. breakfast is the same every day - really - so if you're staying for more than 3 days you may want to go out one of those days.

Customer service at this hotel is amazing! It started before I arrived arranging with the concierge the shipping and storage of my snowboard and transportation to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport. They were very quick to answer any e-mails and arranged everything perfectly. Arrival at the hotel was great. Impressive, though slightly dark, lobby area. Staff was always on point, helpful, and friendly. I enjoyed learning many of the staff members were from other countries. Received a... Read more

I stayed 2 nights at Hilton Niseko in a group tour. I was perhaps expecting too much from what is available on website and reviews. The rooms looked really decent on website but the twin room I was given looked too ordinary and dated. The breakfast provided was okay but did not have much variety and did not change much in the 2 days. One thing that disappoints me was that breakfast on the second day did not provide sugar packs and only had sweeteners. I asked the waiter if there could be s... Read more

This hotel is best than I've ever stayed. The hotel employee are very warm and kind. And Shinsenuma about 20Km far from the hotel is beautiful place. The place is arcane and attractive. If I visit Hokkaido again, I will stay Niseko Hilton only.

Nice hotel with great views & comfortable bed in2 spacious rooms for my family of 5. However pillows were too soft & NO Free WiFi provided in room (can only access public WiFi in main lobby till level 3, otherwise pay $500 Yen/day for room usage). Hope the hotel will have this service include in the near future. Great relax stay!

Stayed a night, arrived during the evening so pretty much nothing to see around the hotel. Stayed in the newly renovated rooms which was nicely done but strangely only got twin single sized bed. So far we usually get super single so it was pretty unusual. Room wise, size is good and with a decent sized bathroom. Food in the buffet at level 2 was rather disappointing. Very limited spread and the freshness of the seafood was questionable. The beef was also a disappointment in my opinion. Enjoye... Read more

Very nice hotel, good spacious rooms with great views, good location, very comfortable beds and bedding, and staff were really fantastic. Lobby could use a facelift, but is not bad. Onsen very beautiful, clean and well organized. Restaurant was nicely designed and the food was very good too.

Highly recommend to stay in the mountain view guestroom. Only one restaurant is open for off-peak season, but they serve both western and japanese style food. Highly recommend to stay if you want to choose a HOTEL.

My family stayed in this hotel for our first time in Niseko. Overall, we feel that the staff were very helpful and friendly. In the morning, the kids can simply walk out of the hotel and start playing with the snow which I thought was very convenient. Ample parking space but it might be due to the fact that it's only the start of the winter season here. Room was clean and tidy. We have a pretty good view from our room's window. Comfortable bed and nice onsen on the ground floor.

We stayed just pre-snow season. Great location if skiing. Staff were a highlight of the stay given that the hotel had only one restaurant open at the time - certainly wouldn't stay for the food! Luckily we had a hire car and were able to drive to other restaurants otherwise it could have been very limiting. Room was very good - if a little small in the bathroom, as is usual with Japanese hotels. Will definitely return for the skiing this season.

Have just checked into room 1676 for 5 mins but i am tempted to write this review which i normally will not do before check out. Upon arrival, there was no one to help with luggage. I have to handle my luggage, my two toddlers and to get someone attention at belldesk after that. Lost major points! At checkin desk, i asked for an upgrade which i am willing to pay for. But was offered an increased in rate of about 4000 yen for the upgrade. I shown the receptionist the rate shown on hilton apps w... Read more

GOOD POINTS FIRST: 1) Room - We got the Mount Yotei view and I must say it was amazing. The view of the snow-covered top of the Mount Yotei and especially in snowy winter is just spectacular. So if you can, I guess pick this view! 2) Skiing - The ski counter is literally at the exit of the hotel and I must say it's super convenient as you don't have to go anywhere else! The staff were really professional and patient too! However, it can get a bit too busy and the boots rental area were not equ... Read more

Hilton Niseko Village is basically a ski-in ski- out hotel, with the Niseko Village Snow School literally at its doorstep, going for those skiing for the first time. The hotel is manned by a helpful crew of various nationalities, including Japanese, Taiwanese, etc. It also provides a free shuttle bus service to/from the JR train station at Kutchan, and along the way, stops at other points such as Hirafu, etc. There are a couple of restaurants at the hotel, including Melt (which serves breakfast...
