We stayed here for one night before our departure the next morning. Took the shuttle from Narita airport T2 from bus stop 33. The journey was almost 20-25 minutes via T1 and it's mostly small roads around the airport areas. Once at the hotel, the check in was swift although they were quite a few from us from the bus. We got room 828, design was ok but quite spacious. Went to the sports bar for some snacks and beer/sake as they gave us a 20% voucher. Overall, very good stay especially for one nig... Read more

We arrived in Narita Terminal 2 and took the free shuttle just outside the terminal to the hotel. It took less than 30 minutes to reach the hotel. The staff were nice and polite. They took care of our luggage as soon as the shuttle arrived and brought them to our room. The reception gave my daughter a little bear with Redission t-shirt, which is cute. This is actually a huge hotel, I walked around with my daughter and we got a bit lost. There is an outdoor playground for children and also a sma... Read more

Tabata at the front desk was wonderful, helpful and kind and the lovely older man who brought my bags up to the room and showed me how everything works just brilliant. You could really see how much pride and care these men took in their jobs. Room service was excellent and the buffet breakfast divine. Good for transit stay and not an ideal hotel for Travelling into Tokyo city area. Rooms are of decent size but we were placed on a smoking level which we requested non smoking since booking. Stayed here one night after arrival at Narita Airport. The hotel is approximately 20 mins away from the airport however the hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. Check-in was very smooth, and the room is on the large side when compared to normal Japanese rooms. The room was quiet, very conducive to a good night's sleep; my only complaint was that the room was looking a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment. I stayed in the Radisson upon arrival on a late flight, because the train to Tokyo stops at 10pm, and the Nikko Narita upon departure on an early flight. The Nikko is quite close to the airport and has frequent shuttles, but in every other way the Radisson is vastly superior. The room, the amenities, the staff at the Radisson were all wonderful and got our visit to Japan off to a great start. (I sent my kids a selfie of me in the Radisson's lovely kimono robe.) This hotel used to be owned by Northwest Airlines and many of the customers are pilots and flight attendants, which gives a nice flavor to the place. Aside from that, it is perfectly decent, somewhat generic with slightly dated colors in the rooms. That being said, the rooms are large (for Japan), the staff is very accommodating, and the buffet (at 2200 yen if not included) is extensive. There is a good a la carte menu. It is about 20-25 minutes from the airport.

I got into Tokyo a day ahead of the rest of my party and needed some place to sleep, start getting over jet lag that was clean, comfortable, safe, spoke English and had food available for reasonable prices. The bed was VERY comfortable and the hotel far enough from the airport I couldn't hear the planes.

Our travel agent booked us into this hotel using our airpoints to pay for the accommodation. I must say that it was well worth it. We arrived from Yokohama at the end of a Japan cruise and decided to spend a few nights before the long leg home. We were delivered to the International terminal and from there picked up the hotels shuttle. This is located on the ground floor bus station 16. After check in we looked around the hotel facilities. Two swimming pools(one indoor) and a gymnasium(fully kit... Read more

The Radisson Narita is the only Carlson group hotel in Japan at the moment. Due to this if you wish to spend your Carlson points in Japan, it is an obvious choice. The 1 night stay in late July 2016 was very nice and the hotel staff was 1st class. A room upgrade was provided due to loyalty status, which was very nice. The hotel is located very close to Narita airport, but still in a quiet area; surprisingly I did not hear the airport almost at all. Other airport hotels are closer to the airport,... Read more

We enjoyed the pool and BBQ. My 7yrs daughter love to swimming and French fry at the poolside! From room window, we can look at plane to/from Narita Airport. so many dishes are prepared as morning buffe. Especially, I recommed you to teat omullette. the chaff of the resuaurant made special omulette with beautiful shape and colar for guest. Radisson is our favarite hotel.

The hotel is well connected to the Tokyo Station (bus) and has a regular shuttle bus to Narita airport. The rooms are decent, quite spacious, a bit worn-out, quite comparable to an average three star motel or hotel room. What stood out was a kind reception staff and a wonderful concierge, who was really helpful (we had a small problem with the luggage). It was an older man who spoke good English and I am sorry we did not catch his name. The service in the restaurant surprised us - it was the wor... Read more

I stayed here for 1 night on my way to Russia and was very pleased with this hotel especially for $80 a night. It had good size room so I was able to open up my suitcases with our major furniture repositioning. It was in a quiet location so I had a good night sleep. It had an old gym that was included in my rate, but better old than no gym. I liked the cafe downstairs where I was able to order some items to take to my room. Just don't forget to ask for a menu as they have lots of things to order... Read more

Arrived by car and was welcomed by friendly multilingual staff. Parking is ticket free and without additional charges. Check in was according to their manual and unnecessary but funny questions asked. No escort to the room but easily found my way. The room itself is spacious and clean. Very bad was the bad smell in the room. Something comparable to dust smell in an old library leading to average rating. The price is 20% more expensive than other comparable hotels in the vicinity and also used... Read more

I stayed 3 nights at the Radisson Narita. The room was nice and big for Japanese standard. The hotel grounds are really beautiful, a pleasant place to just sit and read. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Narita Airport, although it takes about 30 mins. There is also a free shuttle bus to Keisei Narita and Aeon shopping mall. However, it takes almost 50 mins from the hotel to Aeon shopping mall, as the bus goes to Keisei Narita first. All in all, a great hotel to stay, especially if you don't ... Read more

This hotel has NO negatives. Service is respectful, efficient, comprehensive, flawless and always supportive. Some hotels have greater or lesser elegance. No local hotel has better service or accommodation.

I went out of my way to find a lovely hotel to spend our last night in Tokyo at that would also have a shuttle to the airport the next day. Our hope was to drop off our bags, head back into Tokyo for an afternoon of touring and dinner and return to the hotel. Sadly, this didn't happen and we were stuck at this supposedly four star hotel in the middle of no where. I knew there were shuttles from Tokyo, Narita City and the Airport, but their mobile website had NO information in this. I tried to ... Read more

We stayed at the Radisson for one night before flying back to the US. The hotel was perfect for that. We had been away for a month and really needed a quiet, clean place with WiFi and food so that we could get cleaned up, organized, and rested before our long flight home. This hotel met the bill on all counts. We stayed in a business class room on the 11th Floor and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It had a nice stuffed chair with an ottoman so I could get my feet up and a desk and cha... Read more

We chose the hotel since it was close to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent, for to and from the airport and to local shopping. The hotel staff was very friendly, and our room was excellent and very clean and quiet.

We stayed here twice on our trip. Since this was our first time in Japan, and being unfamiliar with the train system, we decided it would not be a good idea to try to navigate after nightfall, as our plane from the US was due to arrive in the late afternoon. Similarly, since we wanted to relax and have some time to unwind, we wanted to spend the last night near Narita as well. Since the Radisson has a shuttle to the airport (20-40 minutes to the airport, depending on time and traffic), it was... Read more

I already explained in the earlier section of this review and asking me to type it all again is annoying, so I won't. Suggestion, pre populate this section if you are going to ask for things twice. In short, the hotel was very nice but the room was absolutely terrible. The wifi was super slow and sporadic. The room was uncomfortable and most of the staff were rude, which is rare for Japan.
