from the caring staff and convenience of having underground connection to the main station to the comfortable rooms, this sharp hotel made an impression over 4 nights. Nice restaurant well managed offers good breakfast buffet and competent French dinner. Manager was a true friend not just a professional. Overall, a great home away from home for a commercial hotel.

Close to JR station and Meitetsu bus stops. Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean. Bed was slightly hard but seems common in Japan. One of the pillows have beads and were not very comfortable to sleep on. As we were only staying for one night, we didn't bother to contact the concierge to change. Spa on site was great for winding down and needs the access key to get into the female spa for extra security. There's only one spa in the room, water temp could be hotter in my opinion but... This hotel is clean and well kept. The staff are respectful, responsive, and try their best even if English is not fluent. I have stayed here three times and always had an uninterrupted sleep. The furnishings are not old nor cheap. The rooms are very clean and well kept. There is restaurant down stairs which offers a Japanese take on western food. Clean and well presented. There was a cafe' but no bar.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a group of 7 comprising 4 adults and 3 kids. We booked 2 twin rooms. Do take note that the twin beds are smaller than the twin beds at other Japanese hotels. We have visited several others and we could easily fit an adult and child on a twin bed. The twin bed here fits only 1 adult. The room is very small. You can barely fit luggage and walk around at the same time. If you need the space, pay for a larger room. Apart from that the hotel was excellent. Ther... Read more

Solid in-town 3-star hotel met every expectation (except better street signage would inform those appearing at Exit 10 that the hotel is right there!). Room was small but not exceptionally so for an in-town room. All amenities were included and it was clean. The restaurant was delightfully fairly priced and the food was excellent. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly service. Good beer. Would return in a heartbeat.

Location not bad. Closer from JR station but need to walk few blocks from the airport train station. Modern hotel but small room. Ours is twin-bed and found little space to open two suitcases. Some staff OK but some have poker face. Lobby is just a white wall / no deco big room. In general a huge difference from the other Royal Park hotels. Breakfast also no good, the food containers were always empty and not filled in time. Convenience store inside the hotel building and many restaurant... Read more

I stayed at this hotel last week while attending a conference in Winc Aichi. I was already in Tokyo when i realised that i left my wallet and passport at the room's safe. I called the front desk and the staff was very helpful and were easy to talk to, only took about 1-2 minutes to confirm that they found the lost items. When i came back (6hrs after check-out), my wallet and passport were waiting for me at the front desk. They even gave me a nice umbrella since it was raining. I commend the frie... Read more

This hotel is not far from Nagoya station. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was perfectly clean. The elevator always stopped at the lobby so the staff could greet me (nice touch, wether intended or not). I arrived early, but was able to leave my bags at the hotel so I could do some site seeing before check in. There is also a 24 hour convenience store downstairs (not part of the hotel) for any midnight snacks. The breakfast was great, and offered some American options... Read more

Modern, clean, excellent services. About 10 minute walk through subway to Nagoya station. The subway is a great place to shop with lots of restaurants traditional and western to choose. A 24/7 shop on ground floor for snacks, ATM and amenities. The room was clean and a reasonable size. No western TV channels. The staff were very polite and provided a professional high class service. I would definately stay here again.

This was my first stay with a Royal Park hotel, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I managed to get a single room for a very reasonable rate, and was extremely impressed with the included breakfast, public baths, and little extras. The check in was extremely efficient and I wish I'd gotten the name of the young man I dealt with; he was extremely helpful in offering sightseeing suggestions when I mentioned I had previously lived in Nagoya and was interested in how the city had changed. The ho... Read more

This was my first visit to this hotel and I was very happy with my decision. The location of the hotel is advantageous being right by the sky promenade and the train station with a huge array of shops and restaurants in-between. It's a very clean hotel with a modern design and decent sized rooms. Would definitely go back.

Wow! I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. It is such a great place to stay at while in Nagoya. We spent 2 nights at the property. Our room was on the 5th floor. Upon arrival there were 2 complimentary bottles of water waiting for us in the room. Which is not that special but always a nice touch. The reception staff were extremely helpful and kind. Despite some language barriers, they did everything in heir power to make us feel at home. They were very attentive and highly professi... Read more

My husband and I booked in this hotel in October. Pretty "challenging" to get to this hotel from the subway but you can just ask around and generally Japanese were more than happy to guide you. Location was very centralised no need to worry about food/drinks because theres heaps. You can shop till you drop too! However, room was very small, typically so in Japan but very clean. Front desk staff were very polite and we paid for early checked in at ¥1000 per hour as official check in was 3pm. Conv... Read more

We only stayed one night but were very impressed. The hotel was about 10 min. walk from the main station. We arrived early and they stored our bags for us. When we checked in to our "economical" room, we were amazed at the space and luxury. I was paying a low three star price but this was definitely a four star hotel. The front desk was very pleasant and efficient, they explained all details to us and gave us printed (English) instructions for all room and hotel features. The room was prob... Read more

This is a non smoking hotel which is rare in Japan. However, we were able to smell cigarette smoke through our room vent. The room itself was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel restaurant has a French flare and dinner was very good.
