The hotel is located a short walk (5 mins) from Nagano station. Friendly and helpful staff at checkin. The rooms were in good condition although a bit dull. Included breakfast was good (better than eg. Comfort Hotel Hikone). The Hotel is a good base to explore Nagano and surrounding attractions.

The name of hotel fit perfectly to this place. Rooms aren't big but offer free wi-fi and breakfast. So comparing value of hotel and price it is worth to stay here. Hotel is located near to the train station. In hotel stay a lot of bussinessmen

I stayed here two nights while visiting Nagano. The hotel was easy to find when coming from the train station. Just go out the main exit and turn right down the first street. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area. The room was very small, but so was the building. The bathroom is the typical modular bath that Japan's Comfort hotels use. Everything in the room was fine; the bed hard but comfortable, the shower good and the wi-fi worked well. The free breakfast in the morning was... Read more

This hotel is 20 years old and seriously neglected. It is worn down, scuffed and abused all over and definitely in need of some investment. The carpet is horribly discoloured ‚?? the walls are damaged and dirtied ‚?? the bathroom stained by watermarks. We could see the stuffing poking out the side of the chair in the bedroom. The one lift makes for a long wait going up or down and when you step in that lift, look at the doors as they close. You will immediately get a grasp of the type of visit y... Read more

This hotel is seriously worn. But it was perhaps my cheapest room in my travels around Japan this time - 5200 yen. So, bearing that in mind, it was elevated from a "2" to a "3". If I had paid more, it would be a "2." I think other reviewers have already summed up the worn condition of the this property, so I'll skip that. Instead, let's accentuate the positive. The bed and the pillow, although hard, were not worn. I got a good night's sleep. The front desk workers were extremely friend... Read more
