Resort Details

Hotel Kajikaso is pleased to provide a wide range of Onsen Hot Springs facilities including an open-air bathing area, a rock-lined bathing area, and a large bathing spa with wooden bathtubs made of Hinoki (Japanese cypress). The hotel also provides guest rooms with open-air bathing facilities, so you can enjoy the luxurious and relaxing Onsen experience in private. The hotel is outfitted with drinks vending machines, and luggage storage is available.

Accommodation Details

All rooms offer a Japanese-style seating area with a tatami, which is a woven-straw floor, and a low table with seating cushions. They have either carpeting and beds, or guests sleep in traditional futon bedding on the tatami. They are equipped with an LCD TV and a fridge, while yukata robes and toothbrush sets are supplied. Some guest rooms have their own private outdoor bath.

At Hotel Kajikaso, in Hakone, they offer carefully selected seafood from Sagami Bay as the main ingredients prepared by their highly skilled head chef. The pleasures of enjoying the freshest seafood in beautiful natural surroundings is another rich travel experience offered to you at Hotel Kajikaso. They offer traditional Japanese cuisine in several individual servings similar to the Japanese dining style Kaiseki, and their menu includes both fish and meat servings. In case you don`t like eating raw fish, please let them know beforehand. Rice and soup is served at the end of the courses. If you prefer to have rice and soup at the beginning of the course, please let them know when they begin serving your meal.

This is a traditional Japanese hotel. The location is walking distance from the train station and close to town. Big room and decorated in a Japanese old style. The sound of the river nearby is very relaxing put us to sleep at night. The room get a little warm so the window need to be opened most of the time to get the cool air in.
