Property Features.
Hakone Hisui's restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. A bar/lounge is open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. The ryokan serves full breakfasts each morning in the restaurant (surcharges apply). Recreational amenities include a sauna. Spa amenities include facials and body treatments. Complimentary high-speed (wired) Internet access is available in public areas and the ryokan has an Internet point. Guest parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include a garden.

Guestrooms.
All guestrooms at Hakone Hisui feature private spa tubs and minibars. All accommodations have patios. Wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary. In addition to desks and safes, guestrooms offer phones. Flat-screen televisions are available in guestrooms. Also included are CD players and complimentary bottled water. Guests may request in-room massages, irons/ironing boards, and wake-up calls.

Notifications and Fees:

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise indicated, the charges below are not included in the overall room price. If not included in the overall room price, they will be charged by the property at check-in or check-out. Charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book. This property told us they will charge you for the following:

• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
