The property's full-service health spa has massage/treatment rooms and facials. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and the resort has an Internet point. For a surcharge, the property offers a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request). Wedding services, concierge services, and tour assistance are available. Guest parking is complimentary. 49 guestrooms at Jake's feature iPod docking stations and minibars. Rooms are all accessible via exterior corridors. Balconies or patios offer sea or garden views. Accommodations include refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms feature rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Guestrooms offer safes. Rooms also include windows that open. Guests may request a turndown service, irons/ironing boards, and hair dryers. Housekeeping is available daily.

Driftwood Spa has 4 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy.

Children under 15 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 5 years old are not allowed in the spa.
