"The staff, sunshine and sea were the ONLY good parts of this hotel! The place is in DIRE need of repair! I would ask for my money back, if it was possible! All the things they offered in their advertisement were NON-EXISTENT! There is NO spa, NO disco, NO gift shop (it existed, but was never opened the entire time we were there); NO gamimg! There were so many fully furnished, dark and unused rooms!!! I even asked the manager about these things and he said they play cards and chess! What!!!???!!! We were lead to believe, by the ad, that there was a small casino!!! NONE! There is absolutely NOTHING mentioned in the ad for this place that existed! Not to mention, the bar had NO limes, lemons, or club soda for drinks! Are you kidding me!!! The basic ingredients for most drinks!

The pool was a health hazzard when we walked over there...the filters were not working and you could SEE the bacteria floating on the water! There were sevaral water fountains which clearly had not worked in years!!! They all had dirty, stagnant water in them, which might account for the infestation of mosquitos at night. The hotel did NOTHING to eleviate the mosquito problem...not even citranella candles! You were eaten alive by them if you tried to stay outside at night!

This is an all-inclusive hotel, but there was NO WATER you could take to your room...they were SELLING bottle water for $3 each! NO ice bucket...We had to walk to the bar with a coffee decanter for ice! The food tasted good, but I felt it was rashioned! Plus you had to eat while several CATS roamed about the tables begging for food! Some even jumped up on you, begging for food!!! If this place was in the U.S. it would be shut down!!!

On top of all this, the manager yelled at the staff in front of the hotel guests, which was very embarrassing to the staff members and the guests. Also, we had the misfortune to have hired a taxi driver with whom the manager had a personal vendetta. We had no way of knowing this and we had to walk to and from the gate to be picked up and dropped off! Something that showed total disrespect for the hotel guests!

Overall, the sea, sun and staff were the only things that made this stay bearable. I think this hotel should NOT be in business!!! They should SHUT IT DOWN, COMPLETELY renovate it, and FIRE the manager!!!

I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone in its present state, not even my enemies! It is rated 3 stars, but in my opinion, it is a ZERO star hotel!!! One star at the most!"
