"We spend 5 days for our honeymoon last week, we had such a great time we did not want to leave. Everyone at the resort was amazing. The food was great, it was a great experience. We will be returning as soon as we can."

"This was our first trip to Jamaica. My husband and I had a fabulous time! Every staff member at the resort was polite, personable, and friendly. We like a relaxed quiet setting and this was perfect! There were places where games and activities were taking place and we did participation in some, but we mostly just relaxed at the beach. The food is better than expected for all inclusive dining. If you go, you have to have the jerk chicken and the jerk burger! They are both delicious! The package also included free drinks. We had beverages stocked in our fridge daily and the bars were amazing. There was a signature drink every day (try Morning Glory) and I also tried some new drinks - Jamaican Smile, American Flag, and Dirty Banana! They were wonderful! If I had one area that I had to say needed some improvement, I would have to say the rooms. We had a garden view room and we were very comfortable in there; however, the only place to put clothes was the closet and there was no weather stripping on the doors or windows, so a lot of cold air was lost. We never could get the air down low enough to our liking. One last thing, if you or your spouse ride bikes or take spinning classes, they have a great workout room. There was not anyone else in there and we got to work out every day! We will definitely be returning!"

"We went to Couples Tower Isle for our honeymoon in July. Since it was our first time visiting Jamaica, we were little nervous about getting to the resort and all, but everything turned out great. Room smelled very damp, like wet laundry...even after they changed the blankets. And the shower curtain did not do a good job preventing water from puddling up the whole bathroom. Other than the room itself, though, hotel service, food and activities were very enjoyable. We LOVED the food! However, Asian cuisine definitely needs a dramatic change. Probably because it's a rare cuisine on the island that it tasted so weird. There were a lot of water sport activities. Sign up early so you can do them all! Also we went to Dunns River Fall (we wore running shoes that were OK to get wet so we didn't have to rent the shoes) and Blue Hole. Taxi took us to Blue Hole ($60 for roundtrip). He drove us to Blue Hole where a guide took us up the waterfall and down the waterfall. We had so much fun. At the end, he climbed up the coconut tree with bare hands/feet and got us coconut. In general, there were some things that may need to be improved, but overall experience was great. We took amazing photos and our experience was very pleasant. Definitely recommend going there. ((Make sure you take lots of $1 bills for tipping. ))"

"Fanstastic all the way around. Unbelievable food and the staff could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. You will never wnat to go anywhere else after visiting tower isle. Only problem at all is the long drive from the airport to the hotel. They take you back and forth but its almost a 2 hour drive."

"First trip to Jamiaca. Very anxious about transportation to/fro airport after reading all the warnings on the state.gov sites about travel to Jamaica. After customs in Jamaica, all transportation was very easy. The Couples 'lounge' is a generous term for the area designated for passengers awaiting transport. The ride was beautiful along shore for the whole 2 hrs. Dense growth all over the island of trees ranging from almonds to mangoes to bananas. We loved see all the different vegetation. The resort itself is dated. Particularly the bathrooms which need renovation. Our floor remained wet - not damp, I'm talking about a puddle - around the toilet which didn't feel good even though we knew it is just water from the shower stall. The room was a 'deluxe' room overlooking the ocean. The view off of the balcony was gorgeous and made up for the small room with dated furniture and the antiquated feel of the room and hallways. Every staff member seemed to be pleased to help you throughout the resort. At one point, after eating my banana, I had a peel in my hand and the bellboy came and took it from my hand. The food was generally good. Eight Rivers and Bayside both required reservations for an elegant dinner. Bayside has such an incredibly romantic ambiance, but I wish the food matched the beauty of the place. I was eagerly awaiting to go to the grill before my dinner was done at Bayside. Eight Rivers was okay. The buffet food was better for my palate. Beach is VERY short and manmade. It's only about 200 yrds long. Wading in the water is with very steep grade. If taking long walks on the beach at sunrise or sunset is your thing, then this is not the place. But they offer windsailing, snorkeling, scuba instruction/excursion, kayaking, glass bottom boat rides. You better sign up for it early. We were not able to sign up early enough and when we were able to be fit in, the weather turned on us and we could not do any of the activities. We did however go on the Dunns River Falls tour. It was great, but too rushed. The tour guide took pictures / video. But then charged $40 at the end of it. I would recommend taking a waterproof camera and skip the DVD of the video they take. They have to make their money too, I guess. I chose this place because it included so many different things without having to pay additional but really, the place is small. The island in the harbor is off limits. Overall, I enjoyed the view and the service. But I would definitely check other places before coming back here. I would recommend this place, but with reservations as noted above."
