Was our trip perfect? Almost. Thanks to: Matthew (office), Russel (reschedule), Derrisha (Jasmine's), Adrian Pusey (beachside dinner set-up) and Mickel, Kimberly and Brian (Bayside). Thanks also to the super bartenders (especially Kevin, Pressillia, Kevon and Orlando). Because of their smiles, professionalism and skills we had a wonderful time. THANKS to the entire staff.

Stunning resort! I love the open space, so the resort never felt crowded. Beach was beautiful and could take long walks on it. Rooms need a little updating, but I believe they have already started on it. Shout out to Tobi, Chris, Marlon, Crazy C, and Jackson. You are all so friendly and truly made our time there special. All rooms have sea views Grounds are immaculate and beautiful, even the resident peacocks are colourful! Very hot 32 degrees but very humid, a bit sticky! We had a great time!! The food was fantastic, the drinks were delicious and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went snorkeling on the reef and it was very pretty, great for pictures. Kayaking was enjoyable, albeit, a little boring. We did not go on the catamaran cruise, however, we heard great reviews from others who went. The red lane spa was fantastic, it was very relaxing and those who worked there were professional. This was our second Sandals visit. Reading the reviews, some negative, could give a person some apprehension about choosing this Sandals. The beach is not perfect. We stayed there during the week of 05/14/16 thru 05/21/16. The afternoon winds were so heavy I'm surprised they have a beach at all, but they were refreshing and made sitting on the beach and the resort feel much cooler. The food was good to excellent. We visited from April 15th - 24th. Our first time to Whitehouse and chosen as our flights with BA landed Kingston and Whitehouse was the closest. Transfer was very long and extremely uncomfortable- a minibus with no seat belts and a very uncomfortable ride - not the type of vehicle to transport to a five star resort. After 10 years not vacationing at a Sandals resort, my husband and I decided to "go back" and see if the extra money really gives us a better experience over other hotels that have been excellent on other vacations. This was our 7th trip to a Sandals resort. We had a great time and there were great people. There were also things that should be addressed especially at the price point charged. Overall though, it was the response to the hiccups that, in general, turned out to be the deciding fa... Read more

We never had to wait to be seated anywhere and we were able to participate in any of the activities. We visited Sandals Whitehouse at the end of March/early April 2016. It was our first Sandals property and only our second all-inclusive in the Caribbean. It did not disappoint! We loved the seclusion...the resort is set on a mile-long beach with no resorts anywheres nearby. Our entry to Jamaica started with Club Mobay, an affordable add on to offer expedited entry/exit to Jamaica; with amenities such as lounge privileges. An engaged driver made the 1.5 hour drive to Whitehouse pleasant for the tired travelers. Club Sandals expedited our room selection with refreshments and snacks, a nice touch. The restaurant choices always delighted and if a meal was not too your liking, off to another to fill the bill. House wines were ok but there were others available to reason... Read more

Loved our vacation at Whitehouse! The property was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a room in the Dutch Village and our view was great! One side of the balcony looked out to the ocean and the other to the pool that was in our village. Our room was very nice. Sandals Whitehouse was amazing. We have done several all inclusive resorts but this was our first sandals. First I'll tell the negatives and there are just a couple. First, the drive to the resort from the airport is SCARY! The road is bad and the people drive like nuts. We made it there and back in one piece but it was a little rough. Second, our bed wasn't very comfortable but I'm sure there are plenty of beds that are great just not the one we had. Third, had a small plumbing issue but that c... Read more

We enjoyed our stay. This was a first for us at Sandals and they did not disappoint. Lovely rooms, excellent friendly service most places we went. We were slightly unimpressed with the construction and shutdown of the Italian Village. Bluefield's restaurant was our favourite place for food and scenery. we enjoyed the quiet Dutch Village pool mostly. The beach was nice but the water wasn't what I expected, very rocky. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. Sandals offers a complimentary shuttle from the airport. The drive to the resort is about an hour and a half. It is a bumpy, curvy road through the mountains. It can be a little intense at times, but otherwise it was a very interesting ride. We got to see the Jamaican Mountain side. You can see the homes, towns and people of Jamaica at every turn and the mountain views were stunning. The resort is undergoing some major reno... Read more

First trip to Sandals, and won't be our last! Food: Wonderful not having to make reservations for restaurants and no wait either. However, the service for dinner at every restaurant was slow and lots of time between courses. Loved the options for seating outdoors at most restaurants, so close to the ocean listening to the waves. Phenomenal staff to recognize: Doshane at Neptune's, Nauda at Jasmine's.
