"A resort everyone must experience. Staff was awesome from Kleighton at the beach, bartenderto the General Manager himself who even though was the General Manager was always making his rounds checking on everyone picking up cups or whatever was needed as he went. SUPER JOB SANDALS. We rebooked while we were there for one in the Bahamas. Hope we are not disappointed after the aweome experience at Sandals Whitehouse."

"The 1.5 hour trip to and from the airport, coupled with airport delays, consumed the better part of two of our vacation days. When we arrived, the reception area and staff were top notch. We got a brief tour as we were escorted to our room. Although the resort is relatively new, the beach front, honeymoon, walk out room, in the French Village appeared to be 25 years old. The grout in the tile floors needed cleaning and there was mold in a corner in the bathroom. The room smelled musky and stayed damp. We were surprised at how small the room was, and we were disappointed in the lack of luxury in the bathroom. The view of the ocean and pool were pretty good. The landscaping and exterior of the buildings is very nice. The beach was raked clean every night, but the sand stayed firm and moist most of the time. The entertainment, pool and bar tending staffs were extremely fun, helpful and efficient. The majority of the food staff put the 'wait' in waitress. The resort could use an outlet for a quick snack, instead of requiring time to sit down and order, specifically for lunch. We skipped lunch most of the time because we did not want to have to clean up to sit in a restaurant to order and eat, especially with the long times between ordering and getting the small portions that were served. However, the food was worth the wait. The included activities were readily available and enjoyable. There were no major crowds or lines anywhere at any time for food, amenities or watersports. Again, the entertainment staff and bartenders were the bright spot, plus some of the wait staff really seemed to make every effort to please.
