"this was my first trip to jamaica and loved every minute of my 4 weeks there at ROOMS ON THE BEACH OCHO RIOS. The security at the hotel and on the street is fabuluos. As we are pensioners we have nothing stopping us traveling and we are thinking about going back to ROOMS next winter for 3months and we would not be going again if the hotel was not a good one. 5-10mins drive is DUNNS RIVER FALLS, MYSTIC MOUNTAIN, DOLPHIN COVE, SHOREPARK AND COLABA GARDENS. Please give it a try you will not be disappointed"

"good resort if you are on a tight budget. situation faced was non-replacement of towels every day. bathroom door had no lock. safety deposit safe rusty and did not look secure. bath enamal peeling. staff not very helpful or friendly. asked to print off boarding pass told printer was not working, however they printed off work sheet for security person.
Staff should be expected to take a course in customer service and how to treat the clients who provide work for them."
