The SECRET is that you will not know which resort you will be confirmed until you are within 7 days of arrival. Since each of the four resorts offers a similar high quality experience and inclusions, you will never be disappointed! All of the award-winning Couples Resorts include finely appointed accommodations, gourmet meals, live entertainment nightly, premium brand drinks, a world of watersports, round trip airport transfers and all gratuities & taxes!

So how does it work?
Simply enter your dates in the calendar above and book your hotel stay. After receiving confirmation, you will receive an e-mail within 7 days of arrival revealing the name of the resort we have secured for you. The e-mail will contain a link to a website with pictures and information about the resort. Please note a minimum 3 night stay is required and all bookings are Run-of-House. The minimum age requirement is 18 years or older.

We cannot accept requests for specific resorts when booking Secret Rendezvous HOWEVER we can now guarantee that 2 couples traveling together will be assigned the same resort.

2012 Hurricane Season Policy (June 1 to November 30, 2012)

Couples Resorts strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance in order to minimize potential financial loss.
Please note: Couples Resort is under no legal obligation to offer any form of compensation related to any storm event.
The following policy is offered as a gesture of goodwill and applies to the hotel portion of the stay only. All airline related questions and policies should be directed to the appropriate carrier. 
If a storm has been declared a hurricane and the resort appears to be in its path, the following policies and procedures will apply:

• Guest at the property: In the event that Guests are forced to extend their stay due to storm related flight delays, Couples Resorts will charge a distressed traveler nightly rate for each extended night, which is to be paid upon departure. If Guest feels the need to leave, Couples Resort will issue a hotel credit valid for travel July 15 through December 15, 2012 for the number of nights interrupted. 
• Arriving Guests: In the event that Guest are unable to arrive as scheduled due to flight cancellations or resort closure, the following options are offered: Guest may elect to arrive within 30 days after the storm has passed for the same number of nights without an increase in the nightly rate. In this case, Couples Resort will make every effort to confirm the dates and original room category. On the other hand, you can stay for fewer nights, in which case Couples Resorts will issue a hotel credit valid for travel July 15 through December 15, 2012 for the number of nights. (Subject to availability at the resort.) 
• Damage to resort: If the resort is damaged and remains closed for an extended period of time, Guest may elect to stay at one of the other available Couples Resorts at the same rate, and if available, comparable category. Please note should this option be utilized, no further compensation will be offered Guest may elect to postpone arrival for more than 30 days after storm has passed. Couples Resort will authorize a full (hotel only) credit for travel July 15 through December 15, 2012. Couples Resorts will guarantee the original rate and category, if available, regardless of travel dates.
