"My friend and I were here in February for a wedding . The whole trip was fabulous. I can't say enough good about this place - clean, friendly staff, services fantastic. Thanks also to the supervisor, for her expertise in executing the wedding reception with superb results as well as making sure that our dinner at Bubba's was pleasant. I am not usually one who enjoys an all-inclusive resort but I would definitely recommend this one. As I read in a previous report, tips play an important part in these people's lives and your experience will be well rewarded if you do tip."

"I like this place. I have been there in March of 2010 and me and my friends had a blast. If you in this resort, would suggest you to go to Poseidon - Sea restaurant. U can try the best Jamaican Telapia in this place. The only downturn is the beach, :( Its northern part of jamaica and there are a lot of rocks in the beach.) and this isnt resorts fault. But on the bright side you can rent a car or get a cab and go to Negrill - like an hour away and see the best beach in the World... :D Jamaica was a lot of fun, and very friendly staff and local people."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the jacuzzi that we paid so much extra for spit out black gunk. They wasted our time several days making us sit in the room while maintenance flushed it out, then when they finally moved us to another room, the same thing happened with the new room's jacuzzi. Then, management got rude and tried to lie saying it was just chlorine buildup! The water was not even chlorinated! They refused to resolve our issue and basically said...tough luck! A honeymoon to remember, that's for sure! The food was mediocre at best. Don't go if you want a yummy seafood dinner! If you must go, eat at Bubba's Steakhouse. Our waiter was fantastic! Respect, mon! The views were beautiful too, but I would say there are gorgeous views everywhere, choose somewhere else! "

"The Buffet food was fair at best, The specialty restaraunts were top notch Only beer was Red Stripe, not good. We had to call almost every day for something that the maid did not replace in the room. First night the mini bar was empty. Casino Slot Machines in poor shape, most needed some type of repair if they were working at all. Had to wait for someone to bring money from off site to cash out more than once. Had to wait on bus for over an hour before we left the airport for the resort, Employees always asking for tips. We got booked in the Lady Hamilton side whe we thought we were in the Jamaica side. We attended a wedding and some were in the Lady Hamilton while everyone else was on the Jamaica side."
