Just got back from a 6 day stay. We had 7 people in our group. Your stay here is some of what you make it. We made the best of our time here and had a great time. Yes, we did have to wait to get into restaurants, not all of them are open every day (makes the list of restaurants deceiving). Food was ok except the breakfast at the blue lagoon, awesome omelets and french toast! Bubbas steak was great too but you have to go early in order to avoid the long wait. Entertainment was lacking here... Read more

We recently spent 5 days at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa and were very disappointed. The staff is rude ; very few staff members ever smile. We vacation in Jamaica every year, we will not return to this resort.

Overall, I don't think it is a five star hotel, I will say it is 4 or 4.5 star with some mismanagement.r r Check in- very slow, we came in a big group, it takes about forty minutes to get the key, we were not the last one! r r Beaches- three beaches in the resort, main beach is the worst, very coarse sand on beach, full of rocks and stones in water. Basically cannot use for swim. Sunset beach is relatively the best, but still need wear water shoes- I saw a lady cut her foot bleeding by walking in... Read more

My husband and I Chose this All Inclusive Resort for our Honeymoon. The Amenities is what sealed our decision. What a let down !!! The Infinity pool that is advertised on their site is NOT open 24 hours, as a matter of fact they ALL close up at 5pm. Every night we went down to swim they were there putting out the signs and cleaning it at 5pm !!!! As far as the many Restaurants to choose from well there were only 2 or 3 different ones each night, not 10 like they advertised. We went hungry for th... Read more

The hotel was nice but the service was horrible. The room wasn't cool nor the refrigerator. Food just fair. The lobby was hot with none of the ceiling fans running to help cool it down. The entertainment was non existent. You couldn't find the shuttle whenever needing to go to the pool or lobby so you had to walk a mile. The pools shut down early and couldn't return towel and had to wait in long lines in the lobby just to turn them in. WI-Fi barely worked in very limited areas. Check-out was a p... Read more

paid $200 for an upgrade never received it. We travel quite often to all inclusive resorts. This place was the worst experience. I am pretty sure the bed was box springs. We were there for 7 days and came home sleep deprived. Suppose to have a room that looked out to the ocean. Never happened. Balcony looked directly at other bldg balcony. So close you had to speak when you went out. Shower was nasty and the toilet is hooked to the wall and if your very tall your knees touched the wall. Warnin... Read more
