We landed late night in Milan and took the last train to Verona in order to continue the next day to Bolzano. We decided to stay at Hotel Siena for its proximity to the central train station, just 10 minutes of walking. The room was neat and cozy, the view from the window wasn't that good but we didn't need it anyway. The staff was great and helped us out with much better English than everyone else around. They helped us with the train schedule the next day, with finding a nice Italian restaur... Read more

Good location, close to train station and Arena. Very clean and comfortable room. We had a modern room, which was very nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but could be better. Would definitely return.

The hotel has a great location 10 minutes walk from train station and 10 minutes till the heart of historic center of Verona, which made it ideal for travelling by train and sightseeing. The best part is that property is renovated and extremely clean which came as a great surprise. The only thing i was missing is a small fridge but that's a personal preference. Absolute great value for money!

We recommend this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staffs are so kind and helpful. We left the luggage on the hotel and they didn't charge anything. We truly loved Verona and all around. It is a magic city.

Very cute mid-priced hotel, only 10mins from the Porta Nuova train station, very close to Piazza Bra, Castelvecchio and San Zeno. We stayed there from 2 to 8 of May, it was our first time in Italy. The â??classicâ?? room that we chose was good, clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony looking to a courtyard. The Wi-Fi was fast enough. The breakfast was good and the coffee excellent, we loved the dining room with its delicate decoration. And finally the staff, very polite and friendly, read... Read more

We have been going to this hotel twice annually for several years and were very sad to see that the standard is slipping. Our booking was messed-up, but thats ok, mistakes happen. However all the surfaces in out room were covered with dust and the shower hose was covered with slimy black mould. The breakfast offered was the worst I've ever had in Italy - processed cheese, processed ham, processed bread, no real coffee and only golden delicious apples (an oxymoron if ever there was one). Probably the best hotel to stay in Verona, when you have an event on Arena. In this price group absolutely! Their family rooms are modern, with a lot of space for lugagge. They organise parking for you, and breakfast is above the average in Italy! Love it!

My husband and I just spent 2 nights at Hotel Siena. We live in Toronto Canada. Very clean. Small room but typical European. Super location. Very nice breakfast in the courtyard. Super friendly staff. Made you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance from piazza Bra and the arena.

A single room (economy) here is reasonably spacious with bed, table & chair, small tv, telephone, and night table. The bathroom with shower offered the basic amenities (soap, shampoo, blow dryer, towels). Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served buffet style at 7:30 in a nice dining room with adjacent garden. A fair choice of breads, yogurts, cold cuts, cereals, fruits and beverages filled the tables. Everything was fresh. The hotel is well situated and easy to find. At l... Read more

The room was excellent value for money well situated in Verona and very quiet. Breakfast could be more interesting but otherwise it is perfect. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Strongly recommended for a short stay in the city of Romeo and Julliet.

The hotel was basic, modern and clean. My room was without a view but I was not bothered by this as when I stepped out of the door and walked a short distance,I was in a beautiful city. The hotel entrance was welcoming and bright and the staff were very helpful. My room was quite small but it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay of three days. There was a lovely little terrace (unexpectedly)at the back where I took breakfast each morning.Breakfast was varied and more than adequate.I alwa... The pros: This hotel is in a very convenient location and is close walking distance to all of Verona's main attractions as well as being a 10 min walk from the train station. There is a lovely outdoor terrace to have breakfast which is nice and shaded from the sun. All members of staff that we encountered were more than helpful, professional and friendly. Cons: We booked this hotel quite late and so probably paid more than it would usually cost. For what we paid, the rooms are quite small and d... Read more

Think twice about using your credit card at this hotel. An inexperienced and inadequately supervised member of staff handled my card on 9 August 2016. Payment was processed and I got a receipt (see photo) but THEN when I went out a few minutes later to withdraw some cash, no ATM would give me any money. My bank in Ireland said my pin code had been locked, most likely due to a manual error in the course of the last transaction. I had my receipt from the hotel so I hadn't messed with the pin AND ... We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was modern, clean, very nicely decorated, had lots of big windows with electric blinds. It was very efficiently designed with a lot of places to set things, lots of desk top space and electrical outlets and a good size closet. The room was an average size. the bathroom was good and had a window, but the shower stall was a bit small. The bed was good. The common areas are very nice and pleasant in a modern decor, There is a cool glass elevator. The breakfast... Read more

We spent a night here after unexpectedly being let down whilst at Lake Garda due to Holiday company going bust. A very pleasant, clean hotel, with very helpful staff. Underground car park was a bonus as very little parking available in the area for our hire car. A very short walk from the magnificent centre of the old town. I would certainly be happy to return

It's a Mom and Pop small hotel. The staff were kind and the entire hotel was very clean. That is the most important thing, always. The air conditioning functioned well enough in a very hot August though they seemed to turn it off overnight. Why? I woke up very hot and uncomfortable. Other hotels do it too but it's just not right. Breakfast is basically continental. Expect only coffee and a roll with maybe some sliced turkey and packaged cheese thrown in. It is very spartan but enough ... Read more

Located in a nice area about halfway between the train station and the main tourist locations. Only a ten minute walk from the station. The en-suite room was very clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, very large wardrobe, and separate balcony with table and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced compared to some of the other hotels nearby and also considering breakfast was included.

The title says it all. The hotel itself is OK but definitely at the budget end of things. My room was a single room (as ordered) with wall paper that was starting to come away from wall, no curtain and the power sockets didn't accept my travel adaptor. That having been said, it was clean, the breakfasts were fresh and the staff were excellent, simply couldn't do enough for us visitors. If I was travelling alone, yes I'd go back, taking my partner........probably not.

The hotel is simple, but clean, comfortable and near the city center (about 10 min walking). The room had enough space, recently built (or remodeled). The hotel merges two buildings: a new one, modern style and a historical one (I don't know about the rooms in this old one) Few problems: There is no safe in the room. The TV has only local channels (it was good for me to remember my rusty Italian). Breakfast is of good quality, a little limited in variety (but that is a concern only if you plan t... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the size and the spec of the room. It had recently been refurbished and had air conditioning. The communal areas of the hotel are a little dated but it is perfectly serviceable. The breakfast was a basic continental but again perfectly adequate. It is only a short walk to the centre of Verona and is on the right side of the city to get to the bus and rail station if you want to do a day trip to Lake Garda or Venice. The staff were very helpful and jolly. On their we... Read more

Location is quite good. 10-15 min. walk from downtown and 24h service at the reception. Only 10 min from the central station with was also an advantage. The room we got was with own bathroom and the room was nice with a little balcony.
